Hotel exceeded my expectations, first time at a Riu and will definitely be returning. Food selection was fantastic and drinks were great as well. Room was lovely and free onsite parking was added bonus

I sadly did not like the evening entertainment, it is the same every night and it was just boring, I also do not like the way the hotel lets all the guests reserve sunbeds at 6am and not ever come down and use them, it's a joke and should be managed. It is near impossible to book an evening meal at the onsite a la carte restaurants as well. The beach is painful with the amount of beach sellers that approach you.

Brilliant location and room a suite at front and wonderful balcolny. Evening entertainment dancers particularly good. Mostly very nice food for an all inclusive, and good spirit brands on tap.

Pictures of what you were expecting by way of dishes in the booking resturants lets say rather optimistic and its dissapointing to be mislead, mostly to do with size and one dish advertising fois grass it was so mimimal as to be impossible to see! There is no need to do this just be honest! Some bar staff need training in how to make coctails advetrsed eg the magaritas were very variable. No wine in room not everybody drinks spirits. Music at pool most of the day far too load, local music to DJ's taste (eg Rap!!) not an international taste no quiet areas to eascape and the noise made it difficult to rest as well as read. Sometomes the pool noise and ambiance resembled an 18 - 30 holiday escape if thats what Rui want the advertising should say so in order you can make a proper choice!

I like the fact that you had 24 hour room service, and Indeed, the rooms were a very nice size and everything was comfortable. The food options in all of the restaurants were very good. I’d appreciate more available options on the room service menu for breakfast. It is much too limited. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Even though there were time long periods of time the front desk would not answer the phone and I think attention needs to be paid attention to that because somebody could be sick and letting the phone ring, even though they were well staffed, is neglectful and the hotel becomes liable in an emergency and it doesn’t make the customer feel very secure. Regardless I enjoyed my stay, and would certainly return again and recommend it to others..

Location was beautiful. The water was crystal clear and the prettiest turquoise Ive seen in a long time. The room was large and beds comfortable. Coffee and water in the room was nice. The buffet was good. We had breakfast there and a couple of dinners. Staff was friendly, check in and out was super fast. We had locked ourselves out of safe and they came immediately to open it. They had music but it started at 1030 or 11. After a day in the sun that was a little hard for me. The pools were beautiful and the location was nice. I would go again. Also the price was very good.

I didnt like that the alcohol was bottom shelf. I wish you could of paid a up charge to get better quality. The boy working the beCh bringing chairs and umbrellas couldn't keep up. They need more than 1 person and the umbrellas need to be kept closer. I dont know where they were but it took a while to get them. The steak house was slow , but food was pretty good.

We stayed for a total of 6 night at the RIU. It was conveniently located and had beach front access and easy to walk to bigger attractions. Really enjoyed the adults only vibe and that it wasn’t a huge hotel. The staff was amazing from the check in staff to the bartenders and restaurant staff as well as the housekeeping. Always had pool and beach chairs available and staff was quick to help out and find you one if it wasn’t in a spot you liked. Can’t say enough get things about the staff. Food was pretty good and had a pretty big selection.

The pillows were awful. We asked for extras and they all seemed to be very clumpy and flat. Restaurants were hard to get reservations at and we ended up eating off the resort some nights as we didn’t always want the buffet even though it has great selection. Would have liked an atm on site to take money out for cabs and tips.

Oceanfront with stunning views! No need to make reservations at the restaurants since the buffet has all you could wish for, very fresh and huge variety. Staff was great, very polite and friendly!

The location was great and right on the beach. The food was great and the staff were very friendly.

Everything was great but for a 5* hotel it could do with an upgrade. There is a musky smell in the room.

Awesome beach. Easy access to bars, pools, beach, restaurants. No lines for drinks and food. Beautiful views. Everything was very clean!

Beds were terribly uncomfortable. Couldn’t make restaurant reservations until after check in, and everything was already booked for our first 2 nights. Biggest knock would be that the pool and outside bars closed at 6pm. There should be evening activities outside.
