Baisan International Hotel

For the past 10 years, I make it sure I always stay in Baisan whenever I am in Bahrain. Baisan is situated in the heart of Hoora District which is very accessible to all the places I need like restaurants, shops, malls, and the diplomatic area. The staff makes me feel I am always at home when I am there. From the one in the parking area, in the reception, bell service, housekeeping, security personnel, and even the supervisor on duty always show me their warm hospitality.

The hotel is not perfect but they are making their best to provide what you need. There are minor issues due to the age of the property or manpower issues but it is understandable due to the current pandemic situation.

I arrived very early, much earlier than check in. The receptionist still allowed me to check in and gale a nap. Very helpful, gracious and definitely went out of her way to make sure I was a happy camper.

The rooms felt outdated. The reception area had poor lighting and felt like it was both dark and had seen better years. Bathroom could've been a little nicer, but was adequate.

Location, staff and room size. The Egyptian guy in reception was very cooperative and helpful.

During weekends it's horrible, full with drunk young people every where because of the club. I'm not against that but it's not suitable for family during weekends.

I am always staying in this hotel the property is little old need need little bit maintenance if management would be focus on staff training than definitely service will be improved just wanted to highlight one thing there is an staff Philippine girl at reception she is amazing the way of handling guest is superb, guest skill is her is really well the way of checkin for regular guest will take maximum 2 minutes Express checking I would say that hotel other staff should be learn something from her that call pure hoteliers

the food presentation is really nice service staff required training and that is most important things in hotel if your staff is trained than there is no chance that complaint will come

Value for money. Location. Check out was faster than before.

That it took them time to resolve a noise issue but it was fine. Check in was a little slow since they seem to update the profile of the guest at the same time before they print out the Registration Card and ask for your signature. Requested items aren't in the room prior to arrival. Facilities like the pool and gym wasn't available due to maintenance.

I couldn't get breakfast, location and parking facilities are good. The rooms are spacious and neat and clean. very good staff cooperative.

Better breakfast and full body massage. Is that allowed to guest can join the pub which is available in your hotel? Is that free pub to join guests?

Lady receptionist Richel was very kind and patient, with cheerful faces👍🏽

Philippines receptionist was very aggressive and harsh, didn’t check the confirmed booking, sending security to ask for payment for prepaid bookings!?

The stop was very good two time i have stayed in Baisan International Hotel there receptionist and security people are amazing there you will feel friendly.

I liked everything about the property..My kids want to visit again and stay in the same hotel.

Missed the swimming pool..I wish the swimming pool was accessible it would be cherry on the cake...

the hotel is accessible to all that you need (restaurants and stores). The staff is very accommodating specially the receptionists at night. Parking is spacious.

Noise came from the Bar.
