_There is no bag in the trash of the room and toilet _ the bed little bit small _ Baggage transfer service the worst ever, during check out we asked them to send the trolley many times for more than 30 minute but no one responsed, we called many times and I went down to them but no one care and I saw this was happened for many people in the same day as they were nervous next to reception about this issue

Things we liked: location, the large swimming pool, everything was nice and clean, spacious room, friendly staff at breakfast, the gym area, the hotel in general was modern and well decorated/presented.

For a five star hotel and the cost per night, it didn’t meet our expectations. We had to ask for more water in our room, there were no bath robes or slippers in the room, the minibar was empty, there wasn’t enough choice for vegans at breakfast, the member of staff who brought our luggage to our room stood in the doorway for an eternity waiting to be tipped (this shouldn’t be an expectation).

Extremely comfortable beds and clean rooms with a stunning view. Great restaurants and pool area.

The staff were lazy, clearly unwelling to work and seemed angry for some reason all the times. The valet parking staff takes ages to pick up your car or bringing it back to you. The reception staff were always frowning and never greeted you when you come to check in/out.

I recently stayed at the Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel Residence & Spa and I must say that I was impressed with my experience. The hotel has an excellent environment and the breakfast was simply amazing. The hotel is perfect for families and is ideally located, making it easy to access all the attractions in the area. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the services offered were top-notch. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms and the attention to detail that the staff put into ensuring that my stay was comfortable. I was also pleased to learn that the hotel is currently undergoing upgrade works for the spa. This shows that they are committed to providing the best possible experience for its guests and is always looking for ways to improve. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Bahrain.

The staff was very helpful The rooms was very clean The atmosphere was very pleasant piano at reception, the lighting..... Pool area was great Break fast was great, multi choices I faced a very critical situation, my son had health crisis, the hotel staff supported me very much til he got better The staff is very professional.

The superior room on 8th floor with a nice sea view was big and comfortable. We tried the Mondo restaurant and liked it very much. Nice decor, nice food, nice ambiance.

We had asked for early check in, between 2-3pm knowing that the official check in is from 3pm. Arriving at 2:40 we were asked to wait for the room…. okay, we sat down and had some water for a while waiting for the receptionist to tell us our room was ready. At 3:10 I went up there to ask if the room was ready? No, it will be ready in 30 minutes she said……….no explanation, no excuse! At 3:40 after one hour waiting we got the key. To me that is not a good 5 star hotel experience. No excuses, no compensation, nothing 👎

THE BATHROOM WAS ENSUITE AND OUTSTANDING! This is basically a weird one but for those who love a hot bath and large bathroom with bidet and powerful shower then this had it just right ! KITCHEN IN ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT Fully equipped kitchen which meant you could have even cooked in it. Gym This hotel has a real GYM! Table_Tennis on the squash court is a great idea. unless you want to play squash, which we didn't.

* Price. * In season time it is hard to find a parking space. * For the apartments I do not advise to be in 11th or 12th floors. Be lower. Why? because the 13th, I guess, is designated for smokers, and if you switch off the AC in your 12th floor apartment then you will not be able to breath in your bathroom (maybe some of the apartments, I was in 1231) due to the smoke coming through the ventilation from the upstairs apartment. * If you order angus burger it is good, no worries, but you have to know that it is not a small slider as in the menu picture. If is rather big and could be adequate for two of my size (60 kg).
