Twin bed room was very small , so they keep the beds closed , few towels in the toilet , no face towels and no floor towel . Breakfast was simple .

The Junior Suite is very big and has a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is large and the toilet is separated by a door from the bathroom. The light switches need a little time to get used to. It has two TV's. One 55 inch in the "living room" and a smaller (32?) in the bedroom. Wifi is excellent and no password required. Breakfast is excellent with many choices and freshly made omelettes, pancakes or waffles. Valet Parking was included in our stay, but I am not sure if this is always the case. The staff in the entire premises are extremely helpful, friendly and polite.

The Diplomatic Area has not many shops or things to do in the direct vicinity of the hotel. Check in starts at 3pm, but for both of my stays Fraser Suites has been accommodating an early check in without additional costs.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The hotel also has great amenities like a swimming pool, spa and delicious dining options. You'll definitely enjoy your time at Fraser Suites Diplomatic Area. I will always stay there every time I go to Bahrain because it's one of the best and located near all new places in Bahrain and its in the heart of Manama, close to all the major attractions such as: Bahrain National Museum, Bahrain Souq, Bahrain Fort, Al Fateh Grand Mosque, Bahrain Harbour, The Avenues and much more.

Everything was perfect

Amazing Hotel , luxury & the space is wide specially in the living room with kitchen tools & enough for more than 2 guests since there’s 2 bathrooms and 2 rooms too , Thanks to ANJILA the receptionist for being super kind & helpful for arranging every thing I requested and helping more . The room service was also good I tried their pizza it was really nice & fresh .

The smaller room had an issue with the A/c it was never really fixed . And there’s no Outdoor pool so I had to go to another hotel at Raddison blue & pay for an entrance just to use their outdoor pool . I wish this hotel had one because that’s the only thing missing for us since we need some sun & tan on day time .

Fraser Hotel in the diplomatic area has an excellent location near the avenues, Al-Maared, and Souq Almanama. In addition, fantastic staff and a nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and an efficient gym. Nasa was a fantastic staff at the hotel reception. All the staff were nice and friendly. I appreciated that the hotel does not serve alcohol. I will not hesitate to choose this hotel again on my next visit to Bahrain with my family.

Everything seemed great. However, you need to be a little more careful if you drive in and out of the parking as is the case in multi-story parking facilities.

We loved the customer service, everyone went a ove and beyond to make us feel comfortable all our demands were met.

The only bad thing i can say is we disnt have the best tv experience it wasnt a smart tv and it was too small also when connecting my lap top we couldn’t control the volume got a little confused as to why is there a subwoofer if theres no volume? Maybe upgrade the tvs to match the excellent quality and service that the hotel had to offer.

The staff was the highlight for us. We would rate them 11/10 stars if we could. From the front desk, to housekeeping, and also the spa. We stayed for the weekend to celebrate my birthday and we were surprised with a cake around dinner time. We had a few requests throughout the stay and these were not only granted but they went the extra mile and gave more than what we asked for consistently. Truly impressed. Special mention to our HK attendant Alam for being genuine kind and helpful.

We arrived 30min after check in time but still had to wait 15min to get a room but that happens, especially since we got a great room at the best floor so 15min of wait for that was not a problem.

The location was excellent. The cleanliness was perfect. There is enough parking. Breakfast was excellent. Room service was supportive and fast as usual.

Staff was not as usual. I used to come to the hotel and deal with very professional staff. This time there was a lady “Arati” who was not professional at all in the way she talks and deal with me as well as the long time in check-in for asking unneeded questions.I hope there is a frequent training for staff to keep the usual ratings for this hotel. I’m sorry this time I’ll rate you low for this reason only.

Breakfast was great, swimming pool was covered which is a bonus considering the hot and humid weather during our visit. Ample parking spaces (at least 6 floors if i remember). Complimentary car wash in Hotel car park was a nice touch and well received. Staff was very professional and attentive. Has a gym and a good spa (you get discount off the spa menu prices if you are staying at this hotel).

Slightly expensive in comparison to other hotels of same standard. No aircon in swimming pool area (being enclosed/covered, the humidity and heat was very high and uncomfortable, if you weren't in the pool). Toilets bath tub are sitting high from the floor level, and are slippery. Therefore should be fitted with anti slip mats and handrail to hold when entering and leaving the tub. TV channels were limited (around 15 or so). Door handles within the rooms (bedroom, toilet) were squeaky so couldn't leave/enter room without waking the next person (was important for us due to having 3 young kids with us).

The room is lovely, the pool is small but perfect. There's a steam room I'll use next time I stay. The bed was firm and comfortable. Also, parking was included. We needed a kitchen because we awoke at 4:30 for our race and the kitchen was large. They gave us bedding for a friend who slept on the couch. They let us have a late check out so that we could shower after our event and then drive home. Super friendly place.
