The staff were fantastic, we felt like royalty and was treated so well. we virtually had the hotel to ourselves for the first part of our holiday. The lifeguards were amazing, they turned on the waterpark whenever we approached that area. Our room was huge, we was blown away by the space we all had. We enjoyed a beautifully laid out breakfast brought to our room each morning. We were very respectful of Ramadan and did not eat or drink ourselves during these hours. Housekeeping staff were amazing, they even showed us around some other room options for when we return. The weather is unbelievable in April in Bahrain, it was almost 30 degrees all week. You feel very spoilt staying at Lagoona. they have a lovely calm way about themselves here and gorgeous animals and birds on the premises including peacocks and koi carp, and even a pony for small guys to ride on. The Hotel laid our room out for us due to our special occasion stay and let us check in early and leave according to our flight times on departure. we can’t recommend enough and we will all look forward to returning.

I like apartment space. Clean facility. Great food. Kitchen is perfect. Two main pools, and kids water play ground is fun. Location is great.

I didn't like that their were maintenance in the resort. One of the reasons we chose to stay here is because they have ladies pool and ladies private beach and both of them were closed :( Water sports activities very overpriced.

Ladies Beach ladies pool all the entertainment facilities possible the birds, especially the peacocks the staff were helpful and friendly

The price was a bit high the food and drink prices are high the decoration can be upgraded to meet the 5 stars level the finishing of the utilities are not classed as 5 stars hotel

a perfect place for family vacation. the fact they have got so many activities and water sports for the kids, makes it worth the visit. staff is extremely supportive and friendly. plenty of food options available so you dont feel like leaving the place for anything really. highly recommended if you plan to visit Bahrain for a quick family timeout.

a couple of neighbouring unfinished construction projects are an eyesore but guess it is not under their control so can’t complain. advisable to get the rooms with sea view to avoid this if bothersome.

A very beautiful thing happens to me during my stay at this resort which is truly worth saying and I thank them for it. The breakfast hall at the resort was playing Arabic musical songs which my wife doesn’t listen to due to religious reasons. We left without breakfast back to our room. An hour later, my wife called the reception and explained that she would like to have breakfast in the room or perhaps at a time when the music is turned off and deep inside she was just giving it a try but had a heart full of expectations that her request will not be met as of being a special personal request. Fortunately, the manager at the breakfast hall returned her call and offered to send us breakfast in the room. Their nice understanding and cooperation are highly appreciated and reflect great manor and warm attitude. So thankful to the reception and breakfast people for such a nice understanding and acceptance.

The resort was overlooking the ocean with a water park on an island in the middle of the water, it was pleasant and the kids had fun, definitely will visit again with the family.

The only things that I will always not happy about is the loud music everywhere and the always busy elevators (one was out of service I think) also it's more like 4.5 stars not the 5 stars luxury you would expect

Exceptional resort, Great room, excellent staff, very good facilities and very well set up for children. Made great memories and had an amazing time would definitely recommend and return. The pony rides for kids, facepainting, henna tattoos, peacocks, bird feeding, fish feeding, kids play area, waterpark and water slides, pools, spa, massage and food were all amazing. I could go on I'm probably forgetting some things, so much to do and everyone is so nice. Thank you all at Lagoona Beach resort for making our stay so wonderful!

Food and drink was a little expensive and location was a little remote. No cash point at the resort either.

This property has to be one of the finest experiences we have ever had! The room we opted for, One Bedroom with partial ocean view, is pretty huge (over 1000 square feet), probably the largest we have ever been in. They were well maintained, cleaned daily and had all the amenities you may need. You also get as many water bottles you need for free so need to worry about that! There is a kitchen with all the necessary utensils if you need to cook. There is a lot of entertainment for kids at each hour in the hotel and it must be one of the most kid-friendly places I have ever seen. If you have kids, this hotel will be a paradise for them and the entire family will have an awesome time. There is also a huge water park within the hotel which is free for all in-house guests and they have made and maintained it well. They also have their private beaches with sitting areas and water sports which also is quite fun! This is also a dry hotel to keep up with the kid-friendly theme. The Lebanese and Indian hotels in the property also have some great food. The Indian restaurant even has vegetarian options which was great for us! The staff is super-friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to the travel concierge, Carlo, since he has helped out with the transportation and other travel plans a lot. Overall it has been a great experience. Although we came for the F1 race, we now intend to come back to Bahrain to relax and enjoy this property in the future. Great job team, keep up the good work 👍🏻

The only negative thing which isn't a big deal for us it's location. It is located in Budaiya which is far from the more happening areas in Bahrain like Manama and Seef. But there's a lot of things in and around the hotel to compensate for that.

High level of service started from the first step to the hotel territory. Friendly and professional staff. Hotel facilities are to all customer wishes aspecialy for the family staying. Your kids will be happy here. Pony, birds, clowns, train, play yards, and many many others. The hotel's policy is aimed at customer satisfaction. Great thanks to the reception staff for the support and assistance. A new item in my list of most favorite places in Bahrain.
