Very modern, comfortable, easy to access and easy of use hotel. I had a large, modern room with an en suite bathroom, that had a large shower. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept like a baby. The room was very quiet. Breakfast and the starters I ate were very tasty and with great variety. They have a bike room that is locked. Cars can be parked on premise close to the bike storage room. I was able to shower in the fitness dressing room after my bike ride and before driving home! Perfect! Underneath the hotel is a very large bike shop with a bike repair garage. Perfect. Sauna and pool in the hotel are nice and modern.

I missed a bike cleaning place where you could hose off your bike

Calm, tranquil, comfortable and pleasant hotel. Public spaces and restaurant lights are not disturbing the eyes, the interior design of the hotel is very relaxing although it seems a bit dark once you enter the hotel. The hotel restaurant breakfast is good but dinner meals are amazing.

The wellness center should not be an extra cost for the hotel clients, it should be included. Because it is a spa&wellness hotel in thid Region. So many people choose this hotel for its spa&wellness center (swimming pool, sauna, jakuzi facilities)

Well equipped hotel, the Gym is fantastic (but avoid scheduled hours if you want to workout alone). Breakfast was very good.

The bar staff and including the waiters in the restaurant take you for granted. They do not even look at you when serving the drink and food. In Belgium, we are used to impolite waiters, but here as a guest in the hotel, I would have expected a bit more appreciation. The wellness section could be better. The problem is that there is no cold water pool after the sauna, and the douche was not enough to cool myself down.

Rooms are okay but don't expect much of a view. Location close to autoroute, but you need car to go anywhere else Biggest setback is the price, we found it expensive given that you need to pay extra above your approx 200eur room rate to get into the spa wellness They do a tasty brunch on Sunday but also here, only food included in the rate, you need to pay extra for all your drinks..

Nice views, large room and window. Good breakfast. The access to the wellness section was reasonably priced, 15 euros/person. The receptionist lady was very helpful when we checked in, she made efforts to get us the room we wanted.

The double bed was basically two single beds. This is not a problem if they are attached. But these were not and they were constantly slipping apart leaving a big gap in the middle.

The staff was Very helpful when needed, Top ! Breakfast - coffee : a Perfect experience. 2e Entrance at the -2 Level is very handy with elevator directly to use, food- & drinkmachines at resonable prices. "La Redoute" at 200m from the Hotel, Ooooow Yes ! Ready, set, Go...

Concept in the room(s) is a little to "clean", to "cheap",,, nothing bad ofcourse ! Just to much like "Ikea" > put together, but not enough "Soul". It is a advice for the Hotelmanagement > be a bit creative to work out the concept more, there are no big costs involved. As a example : the "room" with toilet is just a "empty" room.. like you do go to the bassement for toilet.. Also there is some damage at the toiletdoor regards the builders didn't take all in to account in function,, I personaly find that a big pitty in such a young hotel. I can point out some more small details if wished. If I was the manager-boss there, I would bring the Soul on Fire !. You know how to contact me ;-)

Very professional and kind staff. Spacious rooms with good amenities. Good location!!! The hotel provides a true continental breakfast to kick start your day (fresh and delicious). Free gym that's a great plus!

Too bad the Bar was not opened and neither was the restaurant (However they did propose room service so that was good). Extra cost of 15 euros person to access the pool (not expensive at all but too bad it is not included in the overall hotel rate).

A beautiful hotel with a nice terrace area. The breakfast was very nice and staff very helpful.

The transportation options for guests relying on public transport were limited. For example, there is no taxi/shuttle service to the town although I was fortunate to receive a lift from the hotel manager which I am very grateful for. Thank you.

Nice breakfast, although I missed a better coffee! Very confortable and clean room, nice location. The crib for our son was arranged in advance and it was also very confortable.

Being impossible to use the pool with a child, even if with some specific time slots. It is a pity. I didn't find it suitable for families, although very nice for couples.

Comfortable room and clean; the hotel is conveniently located near main motorway; soundproof windows so noise from road not an issue; ev chargers available at the car park

Restaurant at hotel was a disappointment; the food was average and the service was not adequate
