Very good breakfast. One member of the desk staff was brilliant , and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The air con was very effective. The relaxation areas with water feature were good.

Very high cost of parking in an area where there isn’t much choice, no monetary concession for disabled-badge holder and when we asked about free parking on the street, we were told foreign(UK) badges were not allowed in Bruges, despite the RAC stating they are. Our fridge did not work at all (in a very hot week) even when we complained - the 2 more unhelpful desk staff told us the mechanic had altered the thermostat setting, but didn’t tell us this at the time, or ask if the problem was solved to our satisfaction, and it made no difference at all. In an otherwise good bathroom, the toilet seemed like an afterthought - very low down, and wedged into a tight spot between sink and bath - the most uncomfortable I’ve ever used.

Fully equipped rooms. Extensive breakfast buffet. People at the reception were very kind en helpful. Parking a big car at the hotel's parking lot (at the back of the hotel) requires some maneuvering but the receptionist will allocate a suitable spot taking into account the size of the car.

I booked 3 rooms via Booking.com. This ended up as 3 separate bookings at Flanders, which required additional effort to get things on one account. Also the pre-booking of breakfast went wrong, possibly because of this reason. The receptionist corrected everything without a problem. Because of the 3 separate room bookings, online pre-check in required me to enter all my personal details (address, passport nr. etc.) three separate times.

This is a fabulous hotel in beautiful Brugges. My room was very large by European standards. It had it's own patio and air conditioning unit. The hotel has some fabulous facilities in the bar, indoor pool, patio etc. But there was so much to do in Brugges we didn't get to use any of those facilities. The hotel is walking distance to the old town, restaurants and there is a supermarket just up the road. What definitely stay her again if in Brugges.

It's hard to find anything to fault but the pillows on the bed were quite uncomfortable. They were square European type pillows which I find impossible to sleep on. I would have appreciated a normal rectangular pillow.

The hotel is in a good location, not directly in the centre, about a 10 minute walk away. It is very easy to find and there is private off road parking. There is a little indoor swimming pool but we didn't use it. The room was very spacious and there was tea/coffee and a mini bar if required. The staff are really friendly and the breakfast service was vast and enjoyable There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby if you didn't want to venture into the centre If we were ever to go to Brugge again, we would stay there

Great city, wonderful location, lovely staff. All we're very attentive and helpful, especially the lady that checked us in! The room was nice enough, and there was no noise pollution whatsoever (which is a must as my partner has the ears of a bat and will pick up any noise) The whole hotel was very clean. 👌

Hated the provided pillows on the bed. Just one singular squared off pillow whose sole purpose in life was to make sure you slept uncomfortable and woke up with a bad neck each morning. Otherwise, I couldn't fault the experience at all.

The hotel is so conveniently placed just 10 min walk from the centre of Bruges on an easy to find road connecting straight from the ring road. It usefully has its own parking at the rear, entered via an archway next to the hotel frontage. There is a lift to all floors. The room was clean, tidy, with good facilities - tea, coffee, biscuits, a free safe, minibar (with reasonably priced drinks), toiletries, good TV with some UK channels. Breakfast was excellent with cereals, selection of salads, yoghurts and cheeses, a selection of hot food - bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, beans, mushrooms, boiled eggs, etc - and several breads, pastries, pancakes and so on. The pool was small but indoor, and heated, making it usable even in cold weather, and free. The staff were friendly, helpful, very professionally and the reception staff all spoke excellent English.

Nothing major. If I have to split hairs, generally, the hotel is slightly on the expensive side for a smallish hotel, and is more a three star than a four. But nevertheless I would be happy staying there again, even at this price. Parking too is rather expensive as are breakfasts (which are not included in the room rate) but probably the going rate for this tourist city. The only thing I could think of regarding the room was that there was a highish step to enter the shower that might be difficult for those with mobility issues.

The location is central but still outside of the touristic routes, so it is quiet and nice. The hotel is elegant and well equipped. It is clean and well organised.

This is not a 4 star hotel, it is a good 3 stars. The "pool" is just a few meters and does rather qualify as a larger bathtub. The staff is rather desperate to provide 4-star services, but hardly able. "Smart" answers and a tendency to avoid taking responsibility is not service, it's rather ticking boxes. We had our card keys deactivated every day during our stay there. had to go down and climb back 3 floors on foot due to the poor elevator and somehow it was suggested that it is our fault. The breakfast is ok-ish but not worth 18 EUR.

We were a group of 6, the staff were so friendly and welcoming in particular the lady on reception. She gave us directions and recommendations and was so just extremely accommodating. The rooms were comfortable, well air conditioned and had all the necessary facilities. The hotel is in close proximity to the city centre and also to the windmills which was incredible. If we are ever back in Bruge, we will be returning to Flanders. Thanks again.

Great location with parking; very pleasant helpful staff. Good breakfast. Room with a shared balcony overlooking the fish pond/water feature so back from the street.

It was very hot during our stay and the air conditioning was too loud for us to sleep with it on. Unfortunately although we didn't hear any noise from our adjoining rooms on our floor I hear loud bumps from above for a prolonged time in the small hours so had a distrubed nights sleep

Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Price for parking was 17€ a day, which is definitely acceptable since it is in a private area behind the hotel and with video surveillance Price for breakfast is quite expensive compared to previous similar hotels in other cities, but the selection was great! Can't say much about the pool, didn't have time to try it out, it looks quite small, but still definitely a bonus Room (3 persons) was big enough, and was very clean, one of the cleanest rooms I've had in hotels in this price range in Europe! Location is not quite in the city center, but still very close by (<10min walk), the good part about this is that the area around the hotel is very quiet, so this is a personal preference.

The only points to make this immaculate would probably be if the prices for breakfast and parking would be tiny bit cheaper (just 2-3€) and (in my case) the third bed was a full sized bed, instead of a smaller folding bed coming out of the wall
