We loved this property - probably the best accommodation we have stayed in. Gert and Henri are wonderful guests who make you feel so welcome and are happy to impart lots of local knowledge about Bruges. The room was spacious and sunny with a very comfortable bed. The separate bathroom is modern and large with a really good shower. (Biarritz Room). The hotel is easy walking distance to all the main attractions with lots of eating places close by. Parking is available if you arrange this is advance and this worked perfectly. The breakfast is exceptional and you feel very pampered. We would love to return as this was a fantastic experience.

I loved that it felt like home. It was so comfortable and cozy yet so beautiful and modern in design. And my hosts were so so kind and attentive. They gave recommendations for restaurants and even shared some of the history of Bruge which I loved. I also loved it was far enough from the city center that it was calm and quiet and close enough to walk to it.

None I can think of! Just as an FYI, it takes spiral stairs, then turning stairs to get to my room. Thankfully my hosts helped bringing up my carry-on. If you have trouble climbing that amount of stairs consider getting the room on the first floor.

Maison Amodio in the "Lost Corner" was the perfect place to experience the real Bruges. Only a few minutes walk into the main sites and crowds, but perfectly secluded and surrounded by more authentic and better quality small restaurants and shops. The hosts are the perfect balance of available and hospitable while leaving you space to explore and feel comfortable in their beautiful home. We were much later than expected to check in and we were still warmly greeted with a glass of wine, a Belgian chocolate (of course!), and a clifnotes history of Bruges with recommendations and tips. The room was perfect and the breakfast was divine.

We needed to get Euros out to pay the city tax in cash. Not an issue but I didn't realize it ahead of time.

Geert and Henri are exceptional hosts. and I mean exceptional in its truest sense. You are greeted with a warmth that actually epitomises the phrase "home away from home". Geert was kind enough to share a historical perspective on Brugge and the recommendations to make our trip even more wholesome. The decor is to die for, what an eye and taste! We took notes. The breakfast was expansive and tasted like something tastes when prepared with love. Highly recommend Maison Amodio if you're visiting this dreamy town. One of the best breakfast we ever had! Geert and Henri are also very nice and helpful as the hosts. Location is perfect, you can just walk to center of Brugge but not too close to the busy area. The house looks very nice also has a small garden where you can also relax. They also provide a private parking place nearby for a small price.

Nothing really to add here. It can be hot in the room when there is a heat wave but this should not happen too often. Also Geert was offering to buy a fan for the room but we refused as we thought it wasn't needed.

Our breakfast was so delicious and filling. Really did not need to eat lunch as still so full. Each morning we had home made jam to go with our breakfast as well as fresh fruit, eggs, meats and cheese. It was a convenient location to get to key sites to visit. Geert gave us an excellent overview of the places to see. We also received suggestions for places to eat, and each was the best.

The owners were delightful in making us feel welcome. Their home has been lovingly decorated and is very inviting. The breakfast rivals any that I've had in my upscale travels. The location is unbelievably quiet at night and close enough to get anywhere by foot.

The groundfloor room facing the street was a bit warm for me, but not advisable to sleep with the windows open. Since there was no A/C, a portable fan for guests' use would be a good option to offer. A full-length mirror would be a nice addition, but not a big deal.

Fantastic hosts, couldn't do enough for us, booked tables, taxis and organised a birthday cake to be delivered for us. Fantastic local knowledge and great recommendations Delicious breakfast, gorgeous, clean accommodation. Extremely comfortable beds

Nothing to dislike!

This was by far the best B&B I've ever stayed at. Everything from start to finish was perfect; the hosts were so welcoming, informative and great people. The breakfast was spectacular with all the freshly baked foods and freshly cooked. The place itself is stunning, a real home of stories and character. Would highly recommend booking this place, you won't be disappointed.

There wasn't anything I would say I was disappointed with. One small suggestion (as we felt bad asking but thank you for ironing) was perhaps an iron to borrow for the room.

Outstanding hosts in all respects; welcoming, hospitality, & brilliant local knowledge. Great place & location; soo comfortable we felt ‘at home’ beautifully furnished & maintained to a very high standard. A gem. No hesitation to recommend to friends & family
