This hotel is really lovely for a 3 star. The rooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are comfortable. The staff are charming and there’s a lovely bar & terrace & pretty downstairs lounge. Breakfast was great. Smart TVs in the room where you can log in to Netflix & Prime. It’s not a glamorous area but we found an excellent Middle Eastern eat-in (no booze) or takeaway & there are two similar Asian establishments within a couple of mins. Overall the hotel deserves to do well, they care about the details and are obviously very well run.

Not minuses but things to be aware of are that our bathroom shower over the bath was not properly sealed so a little bit tricky. Would be great to have plugs on either side of the beds for chargers.

I arrived long time before check in time and my room wasn’t ready so instead they provided me with another room immediately so I didn’t need to sit around waiting. That was very nice. The room and hotel in general were super clean and the breakfast amazing. The staff was friendly.

The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. I would never had imagined to find such a nice hotel or even a hotel at all in that area. You have to do quite a lot of waking to reach anywhere if interested. The toilet in my room was loose, otherwise everything was fine with the room. The guests were slamming their door pretty loudly on my floor which is not hotels fault at all. The Wi-Fi is pretty bad, I couldn’t even do a FaceTime call to my family so every activity online I had to turn off Wi-Fi connection.

Even though we arrived earlier than 3pm, the lovely lady at reception managed to get us into our room which was much appreciated after waking up at 4am to catch the Eurostar into Brussels. After we settled, we returned at reception and she offered to show us on the city map where the top food spots and sightseeing spots were and she gave us copies of the city map with all the necessary hotel information. The room was spacious and clean with all necessary amenities. The included breakfast was fresh and had plenty cold buffet style options. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and I thank all hotel staff for making our city break enjoyable.

Our stay was perfect: good location, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST and the staff gave us very very helpful suggestions about where to eat, where were the best waffles and fries and beer, how to go around the city and what to visit. 100% recommend, very good quality/price ratio. The room has a kettle, so you can make tea or coffee. The hotel is 15 minutes walking from the train station Bruxelles-midi in a very quiet and residential neighborhood. It will take 15 minutes via tram/bus or 30 minutes walking to get to the center. We had an awesome stay.

Comfortable, super clean room. Very swift check in and out. I like the interior and there's a beautiful terrace. There was an electrical fan available due to the heat which I gladly used. The night receptionist was a very efficient, pleasant young man. This place is ideal for people traveling with a smaller budget. You're not in the historical center but very nearby with easy access to public transport. Forest is a beautiful commune with lots of interesting architecture. I wouldn't call the neighborhood 'shady'. There's a mix of cultures and you travel to see different cultures, right?

The neighbors are too noisy. I arrived on a Friday night and there were two parties going on in two different places opposite the road. I didn't mind at first but when it was still going on way past midnight I thought I'd ring the police. They quite simply didn't pick up the phone. I made three attempts and gave up when no-one responded. That's pretty shocking if you ask me. What if there's a serious issue. The building itself was civilized and quiet. Don't take a room facing the street if you want a peaceful night's sleep at the weekend 😴

The accomodation was quite good it really reflected the price. Brekfast was good, plenty of food and many varieties to choose. There was also a lift which was good. The hotel staff members were very polite, happy and always helpful. Due to our delay on the flight we arrived later but it wasn't a problem for the hotel. I was really satisfied.

There were a few damages on the walls and the handle of window was also a little bit damaged. But none of these damages interupted our stay in the hotel room. At breakfast we were missing a long sharp knife with a board where you could slice bread, knob etc.

We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived at reception. The room was clean, cosy and comfortable. We did not use the lounge, but saw others playing board games there. The location of the hotel is close to bus and tram routes, so it is quick and easy to get into and around the city. The reception staff were really helpful at showing us the best routes to use and gave us a card with the hotel phone number on it, telling us to phone them if we needed any help while we were sightseeing. There was plenty of choice at breakfast, fruit juices, cereals, yogurts, meats, cheeses, breads, rolls, pastries, boiled eggs, teas, coffees and hot chocolate.

The access to wi-fi was not great, so we ended up using our own data instead. The breakfast room is very small and can feel a bit awkward, even when not that busy.

The staff! I’ve come across a few of them but they were all absolutely lovely and helpful. All the facilities felt like they’ve been updated too. The room was very modern, spacious and clean. They also provide a very good breakfast (get there earlier if you’re staying the weekend, it gets somewhat crowded). All in all, it provides an excellent value for money 😃

I wasn’t a huge fan of the location. It was close enough and easy reach from Brussels Midi/Zuid station (20-22 minutes walk), but I struggled to find good takeaways or casual restaurants within the immediate area (NB: I’m not too familiar with this end of Brussels, there might have been some). At times it felt a little rough and deserted when I walked in the evening on my own. It’s not too close from the city centre (40+ minute walk), but the tram and bus links were pretty good. I’d recommend utilizing the public transport.

Solid hotel, worth every penny. Hotel interior and romms were super nice. Spacious and comfortable beds. The 24h open reception was a welcome surprise. Breakfast and other facilities in the hotel were nice.

Loud noises could be hear from outside and other rooms. Even though breakfast was nice, it could be updated with other pastries than croissant variants. Had a strange feeling when arriving to the hotel. The location / area was a bit shady. Not necessarily the hotels fault, just keep it in mind if you're for example: traveling alone.

The hotel is in great condition and tidy. Staff is highly welcoming and always there to help. Rooms are spacious and come equipped with all the necessities. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in a somewhat dingy district and is a bit off from the city centre (about 40 minutes to walk). However there is a train/metro station close by (Brussels Midi) with which you can reach the centre in a whim. While the breakfast was quite delicious, more variety would have been great.
