The location is perfect walking distance to Bruxelles-Midi/Zuid train station. It was clean and comfortable for the one night stay. In a pinch we had to extend our stay and the staff was helpful in helping us accomplish this. The bathroom size was good and clean. The desk area in the room was helpful as was the armoire to hang our coats.

If you like thick pillows, bring your own. We didn’t mind them, but they were on the flatter side. The elevator is tiny where the two of us with two backpacks had to squeeze in.

Very comfortable stay. Breakfast, although an addition €7, and despite a photo of a rather small breakfast, breakfast was great - scrambled egg, roll, pastry, croissant and help yourself to coffee, tea, juice, cereal, yoghurt etc. We would definitely stay there again, and recommend to others.

Closer to the MIDI railway station .20 minutes walk to Grand place and other attractions.Staff were helpful.Comfortable stay. If you are looking for halal restaurants,there are many restaurants around.

They don’t provide any water .So you have to use wending machine for it or the shops nearby.Not many items for breakfast.No AC .

- Rasheed was nice, friendly and cooperative. I made him several requests, and he complied every time. - Location is great, just few minutes of walk from Brussels Midi station. - WIFI was good. - Warm water was available, however, one has to wait few minutes for it. - Lift is available.

- Rasheed didn't speak good English, which is important if you are sitting at reception of a hotel. - Construction was going on infront of the hotel, as a result, Google Maps wasn't working at its best when I was navigating to reach the hotel. - Room sizes are weird and/or false information is displayed about them on the page. We had two triple rooms, one was DEFINITELY smaller than the other. Both were NOT of equal sizes. - Lift is small.

Overall the hotel is good value for money, a central location, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I was on the 3rd floor at a room toward the back of the hotel which the window looks out onto an upright vennel of other windows and there was a lot of noise coming from there I think one of the other rooms or apartments next to the property. I guess this is out of control of the hotel if it’s apartments next door not sure if this area also belongs to the hotel. It was a Friday night however it was 2am and I didn’t have a great sleep because of the noise. The beds and pillows are comfy. I think I had one of the bigger rooms as it was it’s spacious. My tv didn’t seem to work. Shower room clean and fresh towels. I didn’t opt in for breakfast so can’t comment on that.

Tv could have worked. Kettle with coffee and tea in the room would be nice

Very close to metro, tram, one of the main train stations and the shuttle bus to Charleroi airport. Good wifi and hot water pressure. Comfortable beds and clean.

It was a bit noisy because of how close you are to the main road. I had to leave very early to get the shuttle bus but the doors were locked and no staff member could be found. A group of us couldn't leave for 15 minutes and only just made the shuttle.

Clean and tidy room and en suite. I cannot fault the hotel due to the low cost of the room (£48). I have stayed here twice and it has been pleasant both times. I don't understand the bad reviews, perhaps they were just unlucky or I have been lucky.

Everything was good.

Great room.. Nice and clean, spacious, comfy beds and sofa, clean bathroom, TV working.. Taking its outside main road, traffic noises wasn't overwhelmingly loud. Great value for the price.. 4 very satisfied women.

Breakfast was excellent value for money. Room was clean and comfortable, a bit small but excellent value for money. En-suite facilities were clean and working well! Good location, close to Midi/Zuid train station

Eating area a bit industrial and impersonal. Outside area not clean and not pleasant, definitely not helped by extensive roadworks in front of building
