Breakfast is excellent, a lot of variety and everything fresh. Coffee, even though from a machine, couldn't be better. The bed is extremely comfortable and gave us both a good night's sleep, even though we are poor sleepers usually. Large size room and shower room. Lots of tv channel choice.

This is the third time we've stayed in this hotel, and overall it is all to be recommended. However, I do not understand how the bedroom has no shelves whatsoever, simply hangers from a rail for coats, trousers etc. and a few pegs. Given the large space, why not put some shelves in to aid travellers rather than keeping everything in a suitcase.

The location directly opposite the station (Midi) was perfect when arriving by Eurostar. The hotel itself was clean, with good amenities and pleasant, helpful staff. The room was well equipped and had tea and coffee making facilities. The distance into the centre was a brisk 15-20 minute walk and felt safe, even at night for a solo traveller.

It's not clear where the entrance to the hotel is. There is a sign but the doors beneath the sign don't really look like the front of a hotel and two of them were locked so it takes persistence to get in until you know that. The external doors lead onto an internal courtyard which then leads to the more obvious front of the hotel.

I stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson in Brussels for 3 nights as a solo business traveller. This appears to be a "light" business travel concept by Radisson which offers excellent value for money with slightly low frills in terms of room furnishings and general amenities. For example, the room did not have a dresser, safe or minibar. On the other hand, the bed was excellent and the desk was large enough that I could work from the room each day when needed. Internet strength and stability were both excellent. The room was modern and quiet. All furnishings were in good condition and operational. There was also lots of space. I didn't use many of the hotel facilities: I skipped breakfast, and did not use the gym this time around. The check in was professional and easy. The location is easy: it is across the street from Gare Midi, which has a direct line to the airport. You can also catch a subway to central Brussels. The central station is a difficult location (see below). The price / value was excellent during my stay. One afternoon I walked up the Avenue Stalingrad and Rue du Midi from the hotel to the Grand Place. The first 6-8 blocks were difficult given their location and public works. About 10 blocks up the quarter became quite normal and interesting. And in about 20-25 minutes I was in the Grand Place.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but the location, across from Gare Midi, is terrible. The train station is overrun with homeless and drunks. If you are coming to Brussels expecting to see something nice, it's not in this neighbourhood. It's a shame, given how much effort and funding the government has put into the central area. (I remember this place from 20 years ago: the buildings are now larger but not much else has changed). Having said that, there are some large-scale projects underway and I would not be surprised to see some level of gentrification take place.

Excellent location. Across from train station. Large, well equipped room. No noise from the busy road below. Hotel is also safe and secure.

The surrounding area is very concerning. I was approached twice when I walked into the Centre. This happened in the middle of the afternoon.

Very good location. The hotel is right at the Brussel South station so it’s very convenient for catching a train. The bar is also nice. There are not cocktails on the menu but the bartender made me a lovely Amaretto Sour. I forgot to have his name but thank you it was so good!

The beddings made my skin feel itchy sometimes.

The hotel is located very centrally (right across from the Gare du Midi) and is hence very practical for sight-seeing in Brussels. The rooms meet the Radisson/Park Inn standard and are clean/very functional. Expectations were met. Breakfast was very good with excellent service. The hotel has its own parking area, which is a huge advantage for guests arriving by car.

Check-in was fraught with a few snags, but an employee at the reception sorted everything out to our complete satisfaction. Well done on his part.

I was in long driving trip via Brussels, so looking for hotel with parking onsite. Park Inn ideally suits

There’s almost no place to park to unload luggage

Spacious comfortable rooms. Very quiet. Effective shower and hairdryer. The breakfast is exceptionally good. The staff are very well trained, pleasant and helpful. The location is superb in that you can walk straight in from Eurostar and you then have all forms of transport ( train, tram, metro, bus, taxi ) right on the doorstep.

The surroundings of the hotel are not great. It is dirtier and there is more graffiti around than a year ago. It would be a good idea for the hotel to arrange regular cleaning of the approach to the hotel. it doesn’t create a good impression at the moment.

It’s an excellent location to see Brussels. You are just across the road from the main Station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The parking is a bit off s challenge. It’s easy once you know. You must park on the street first. Then you book in They will tell you where to place your car, in front of the entrance to the car park. They will open the door and you drive I’m to a lift. Press the button on the left inside the lift first for a ticket The lift will bring you to the car park. Great service😀 Parking is for 24 hours but you must leave your room at Noon s is the case in all hotels.
