In spite of the travel agency advising against booking accommodation near the Midi Railway Station (due to safety reasons), we felt completely safe at the hotel. In addition, the hotel's location was completely functional as we were using trains, trams and metro extensively. We find the advise against booking in the vicinity of Midi to a large extent unfounded.

The phone app for the automated washing machine charged us twice for the same washing cycle!? Careful with the automated washing machine as it is not operated by the hotel but rather by a company located in France! They charge your card from there too, so there's nothing the hotel could do.

Great location for exploring all over Brussels and beyond - just round the corner from the airport shuttle to Charleroi too so ideal for the early morning transfer home 👌 Room was very spacious and clean with everything you needed, good shower and quiet! Staff are very friendly and the hotel itself is pretty secure and comforting to know there is a 24/7 reception.

Just a little sidenote - my friend and I walked back the first night from the centre of Brussels and she did say she felt very uncomfortable in certain parts and smaller streets close to the hotel. Taking the train from Central to Midi with just a short walk to the hotel was less daunting for her.

The car park they are using is not actually theirs but a private car park near the location of the hotel. This is not mentioned anywhere in the booking process so I had to pay €27 per night for parking, paid for the whole stay at once, which I found out about on the night I checked in. Also, because my rental car broke down I didn’t need to use the car park anymore and instead of issuing me a refund for the remaining days that I had paid for they only offered me free breakfast. If you don’t have a private car park, don’t advertise it on your room’s post. Neighbourhood is not the best

Awesome place to feel like home. The view from the window was really nice. Facilities were top-notch, we used the kitchen for a neat breakfast every day. There is a supermarket in the train station and some small private owned shops near buy where you can buy everything you need. The shower is really awesome, the bed is very comfy. People at the reception are uber friendly and happy to help. Will definetely return.

We went there for Rockwerchter, so, besides from having transportation available really close, the surroundings weren't really important. Otherwise, keep in mind that staying in the vicinity of a railroad station has its own particular landscape.

Just an excellent room for the price. Great location for Brussels Midi station. We stayed very briefly after train delays meant we couldn't get a eurostar until next morning, but this was everything you could ask for for a short stay of any kind. We'd happily come back for longer. Very clean, good size bed, decent bathroom, little kitchenette would have been used if we'd stayed longer. Also, lovely welcome from staff at reception- really made us feel safe and welcome after a long, difficult journey.

Not applicable. I wonder if the area might not be at the heart of everything everyone would wish for for a city break but for a stopover or base from Brussels Midi station it's great. And we felt safe enough, and warmly welcomed even at nearly midnight!

Great hotel with friendly staff and a clean room. The location is in walking distance of Brussel Midi station which is great when you have just arrived on a late train and need to get some sleep. The Kitchen within the apartment is functional and includes all the items to cook. Liked the fact that there was a dishwasher under the sink.

To access the hotel on your first visit you need to ring a bell to be let into the check in area. I was lucky as other guests that were staying at the hotel let me in as I was struggling to work out how to get in. It's a very trivial issue which wouldn't put me off staying here again.

The apartment/ hotel concept is excellent. One of the aspects of travel abroad that we most enjoy is self catering which you don't get from staying in a hotel. Having the kitchen area was great for this especially as we didn't really want to walk into the centre of Brussels in the evening. The whole hotel was very well maintained and very clean. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. The location is excellent for Brussels Midi train station.

The location isn't great really but we expected that given how close it was to the station. We never felt unsafe but there was a lot of rubbish at the side of the pavements. We accepted all of this though due to it being just 10 mins from the station.

Good breakfast. Cleanliness & facilities, toiletries and silence provided, daily service for changing towels and staff were nice and helpful. 5 minute walk from Midi-Zuid train station

The layout of the bedroom was strange. The desk and TV should have been where the cupboard was, the bed should have been where the TV was and the cupboard should have been at the wall the bed touched. The thermostat glowed in the dark so it shined in my eye when sleeping. Light above bed was not needed and 1 reading light on either side of bed would have been sufficient

Very helpful receptionists, good internet, car park nearby, walking distance to the historic sites.

Very basic breakfast, some salads and vegetables would be a good advantage. Also - level of housekeeping was not the best. Our room was not refreshed and a sofa-bed was not prepared for our child, in spite of our numerous requests due to our late check in. We had to wipe dust from furniture and prepare a sofa bed by ourselves on arrival, involving the receptionists into our search for the bedding 😮‍💨 It was frustrating as we had a long car trip, and were very tired 😤

The property was really lovely and clean, the room was pretty nice and had everything you would need! Bed was comfy and overall a great place to stay for a couple night in Brussels :) The staff were very friendly and easy to talk to, they gave us some great recommendations on where to visit!!

The location of the property wasn’t ideal for getting to the centre by foot, however an electric scooter ride was just a perfect way to see more of the city and get into the centre quick and efficiently also the train station is only a 5 minute walk away :)
