I was meant to check in at 11am but i arrived early, so i rang the hotel and they said it was fine . I arrived the room was ready, and the staff was extremely lovely. this was a great help as i traveled with kids, we rested for a few hours then headed out . I asked the staff for a pin for my daughter's jacket, the lady in the reception was so nice she looked everywhere and found one . i was able to get Uber eat , the driver found it easy to find the hotel . the staff are really nice and helpful

- the room was a bit dated - no AC, only a fan provided (we got a couple of days of 30 degrees outside, but I suppose that’s not the norm)

Friendly staff and helpful. Very clean property.Very reasonable coffee machine and delicious drinking chocolate in reception. Lift good no problems. Fan supplied and needed as very hot weather.

Difficult to navigate as roads look pretty similar Toilet roll holder was terrible as kept coming out of holder on wall.Not a lot of room in bathroom.Loose top hinge of my window.

perfect location, comfortable bed and room temperature, friendly staff, good breakfast. everything is well worthy of the payment.

there was little smell when we check in, but opening the window for a while would help very soon. if i have to be picky, the communication between staff can be improved, because I confirmed arrival first on booking, then I received a call and confirmed again, then I received another whatsapp message for the checkin time. but i guess it is important for them to know the timing.

Central location - very easy to walk to the central square and the station. Room was comfortable and contained all the basic things that were required for my stay. Everything was straight forward and I did not encounter any problems. Reasonable value for central Brussels.

Nothing particularly - it met my expectations for a comfortable budget stay.

I liked that it was close to the city centre, there were some stores, cafes, a restaurant with pizza and also some bars. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, TV, good light, plenty of towels and plenty of hot water in the shower. The personnel at the reception was very polite and friendly, we kept in touch via e-mail regarding the best way to check-in and they gave me all necessary information for a great visit to the city - they even allowed me to leave my luggage until my flight.

My room that was fronting onto the street....I experienced the ordinary Belgium resident's life!' It was nice walking from there through the streets to Groote Markt....feeling the Brussels' vibe. .I enjoyed the breakfast!

The fridge did not work properly....even after it was replaced.

Clean and warm room,good wi fi,good tv program,good bed.Only very smal shower,its not good for bigger persons.Im not big😁

I did not like,they take you money from the card,much before you come,and I choose it becouse of paying at proporty!I am a tourist,I have money in cach and card,had to save money on card for some online payings in travel,but they did it wrong,took my money from card much before.They dont work like its written.

The room was spacious and had a great bathroom. The beds were nice and the location was right in the heart of the city so it gave us a lot of options.

They do not have onsite parking like advertised. Had to park in a garage about 10min walking distance away. No elevator either

Great location, and had everything we needed.

Bed was actually two singles pushed together, and either my partner or I would end up in the hole in the middle every night, as the blanket on the bed wasn't wide enough to cater for us each sleeping on one of the singles.
