On my first trip to Belgium I stayed in a hotel ... and it was my best decision. The hotel has 2 stars, but comparing it even with 3-star hotels, in which I also spent some nights, it has many advantages. Localization is very convenient. Getting to the destination did not cause any difficulties. Everything I needed was available. Thanks to the large battery, the room was warm, even though the weather outside was cold and wet. The beds there are very comfortable and despite the fact that I had many plans, I wanted to stay in bed as long as possible. Complete coziness and comfort is ensured. Besides, there are really great people working there. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer orientation, friendliness and hospitality.

Location I am very happy with the location because it is conveniently located near the city centre. Accessible by bus/train. By foot, it'll probably take around 15-20mins from Brussels Center train station. Tourist Spots Because the tourist spots are so close to each other, you can certainly walk around while enjoying the surroundings. Nearest would be the Mannekin Pis and then short walk going to Grand Place. Building With lift going up to the top floors. In my opinion, the hallway at the 2nd floor is a bit narrow, but, whatever. I can deal with that. I'm just there for a night anyway. The bed is surprisingly comfortable. The room we were put in has blackout curtains so the morning light was never a problem. Food I'm Asian. I like rice. Would have been nice if they have a menu to choose from. They offer breakfast for a small price but mostly breads. Not my thing but I enjoyed it anyway. Staff Friendly. Approachable.

Extremely close to the Old Center and all attractions..literally a few minutes walk.. great value for the money. For us the proximity to the center was the important part. The hotel was a good value for the money considering that it was literally in the old center.. people would go to criticize the Hotel looks, whatever, but it just a descent place and the cheapest option for stay in Brussels centrum/Old town. I was there with my Family, including a baby daughter, so we felt nice, safe, and good.

Location: Near to key places. Both stations, Brussels Midi and Central are about 10mins walk away. Grand Place, Bourse, Manneken Pis, Primark, Uniqlo etc are about 5-10 mins walk. Cafes and eateries can be found right in front of the hotel. Room: Spacious and tidy with great view; ours was facing the roundabout with the statue in front of the hotel. Staff: Very friendly, informative and helpful especially as Louis. Both can converse in English with no problem

Nothing to not like or dislike.

The price is very low compare to the location. All the tourist attractions are very near by. The staff of the hotel was very friendly. The reception is open for 24 hrs.

Though I had the best view from my room but only problem was the window cover. May be they should adjust some sun shades. Or may be they have but I didn’t see them even I didn’t ask them as well. Because I was too happy for the hotel location and price. But overall I'll definitely recommend their hotel and if I go next time then I'll definitely stay there.

the T.V. program chanel just 3 it.s not suficient & it was the final of the gran slam tennis open WIMBLEDON !!! this is important & you should care about this it is not a big del & not so expensive & would have make our staying more enjoyable ...THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMPREHENSION , JUST A HUMBLE SPORT LOVER !!

Guys, first of all dont get confused by low rating. For me, it is 9 ratings hotel. The room was too good, clean and comfortable. Another beauty is- its location- Central Station is 12 mins walk while tram/metro is just 1 mins walk, grand place is around 6-7 mins. Area is very lively, the cafe and food restaurant open till 1 am in the night around this hotel. And once again I am so much baffled why it's rating is low. We had great stay

I liked best the hospitality of the staff. They are very welcoming and professional. The reception area is at clients service day and night, One feels very safe at this hotel like a home away from home. Taxi service used by this hotel is very promote and polite drivers. I will choose this hotel again if I need to come back to Brussels.

I cannot think of anything that I did not like.

the staff was amazing, they allowed us to wait there for long after our check out, we were two girls and when some guy started talking to us, the guy on the reception helped us and send him away so we felt very safe

we didn't have a big table in our room for three people, but it wasnt a big issue

The location of this property is exactly center of Facilities , like Train station , tourism areas, Bus stations and All food and any items market centers. The Reception men/women are very pleasant /Helpfulness .

The room has no refrigerator and micro wave for storing of Food items and beverages and some other facilities. for family Accomodation its not Good. thanks for the reception they all helped Us more.
