Very nice design, great location and comfortable room with everything one might need for a short stay in the city

The room rate included breakfast but the breakfast experience was quite awkward: the staff didn’t know how to make coffee, breakfast included some bread and sausage but no toppings or eggs. There were no clean cups as well. The hotel description says there is parking available however there was no further info where this parking can be found. The hotel didn’t respond my question about it either.

Location was excellent, only 10 minute walk to all main attractions. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Netflix & apple tv were great to have. Room was bright and warm.

Too many flights of stairs. No staff at reception made it a little unwelcoming. Rooms were not cleaned and bed not made during our stay. The toilet needs to be sound-proofed as it is basically in the living area. The shower and sink are also in the living area. There was enough space to make a bathroom to have all three together in one room, bit of a strange set-up. You have to dry yourself in the living room when you step out of the shower! Small sink in the 'kitchen' but nothing to wash dishes with. A small fridge could be provided. There is a blanket/duvet under the sink with what looks like a blood-stain on it. No handrail on the stairs up to the loft/bed area, very dangerous at night in the dark in an unfamiliar room. Armchairs were not comfortable, a small sofa would be better

the breakfast was delicious, fresh mini bread, croissants, jams, the hotel itself is really stylish, the manager and stuff are so kind and helpful, the room was tidy and + for the coffee and tea in the room, towels are incredibly big which is great, they are providing shower gel and shampoo, bed was very comfy, the check in is really easy and comfortable, hotel also feels so cozy and safe

our room was different from the one on the pictures, I think it should be stated somewhere that this is not the picture on the exact room, I am a receptionist in the hotel myself so I am aware of more things in the industry but still think this is misleading, I was travelling with my friend and our shower was opened staright into the room so for the privacy we needed to wait for each other outside the room in the hallway, a little complicated solution, the area for the breakfast was really small (just 2 tables) and it was different form the one on the picture too but maybe it was a renovation so thats not a problem

The bed was a great size and very comfortable. Netflix on the tv was great as well. Self check-in was convenient. Great location.

The automatic lights were a bit annoying when you are not alone. The bathroom is not closed off so you automatically wake someone up with the bright light. It was also very noisy, you could easily hear everything from other rooms...

Large and comfortable room good location. WE liked the original details such as frescos on the waal and ceilings and the staircase. Whereas we understand the drive to replace (expensive) oersonnel by hidg tech solutuions we must mention rthat the NESPRESSO organ was out of order or at least nobody understood its workings, else the breakfast (not mentioned clearly on your website) would have been very good... And again the Aple TV remains a mistery to us. (Maybe some instructions in the room?) This is just some advice to do from very good to excellen! Rgds Dr. J. Lub

Top value for money just few steps away from the center, but still in a very cool area with a lot of nice design shops and good vineries. The small studio is very well thought and designed, bed was very comfy and overall super clean. Highly recommended.

Not really a big problem, at least for me, but I’ve found the servir TV a bit poor (basically the only option was iTunes tv with expensive movies and no way to pay if not with a Apple account) but again, not a big deal for me. Room and property are amazing

The room was very spacious. The bed was insanely comfortable. Nice touch to have Netflix in the room. Building was very beautiful.

The communication was very bad. They should have been available through WhatsApp till 20.00 pm but they were not responding for the entire evening. Also breakfast was not good, just a few pieces of bread and some croissants. Too bad, I left with hunger because there was not enough for everyone. Coffee was very good (Nespresso).

Very nice and cosy with character hotel. The room was cosy and very warm. Tooo many sters but ok exercise. The smell of the croissant is everywhere !! Nice location very near to bus stop and tram stop. Walking distance to the centre. Very kind and helpful owner.

The breakfast could have more choices. The breakfast room was really very nice but the breakfast needs more attention.

Large room, nice mattres. I slept well. Breakfast ok, but not earlier than 8:30. The temperature in the room could be set as much as wanted.

No wardrobe. I didn't like the closing sistem of the toilet. It had no ventilator and some smells were getting out after using it. The shower had a problem. The warming system was a little bit noisy.

The hotel is located in the city center. Everything is within easy walking distance. Very friendly staff; check-in and check-out worked great; clean room and nice decor; large and comfortable bed; huge soft towels; small kitchenette; coffee mashine and hair dryer available; separate shower and toilet.

a small note: parking in front of the hotel or on the side street unfortunately did not work out because everything was full. But there is relatively nearby parking.
