-Hotel restaurant was mediocre (still a decent option if you are bored to go somewhere else though) -Every time you want to get out of the underground parking you need a ticket from the reception. That is not really an issue, however, during checkout the ticket we got from the reception did not work (we were asked to pay more at the parking exit even though we had already paid the parking cost at the reception) so I had to backup the car (thankfully no one was behind me), go back to the reception and request a new exit ticket. An automatic solution that recognizes the car's license plates would probably be less error prone.

Hotel was excellent throughout. Staff were all great, lobby/bar was comfortable and a pleasant place to enjoy a Leffe. Room was very comfortable, large and very clean. Ditto bathroom. Breakfast excellent, didn't have any other meals there so unable to comment on dinner etc.

Parking was available, small car park across the road (€10/night) or 150m away underneath the Radisson (€20/night). The one across the road has a very high kerb to access to access it, the underground car park has a curved ramp with rather aggressive kerbs. My car is both low and wide, couldn't get into the cheaper parking and damaged a wheel getting into the other one :(

We loved this hotel. It’s lovely inside, beautiful outdoor terrace and the pool and gym were excellent. It’s actually one of the best equipped gyms I’ve seen in a hotel, in fact better than some actual gyms! We didn’t eat at the hotel but the breakfast looked really lovely. It’s located close to the Opera house at the top of a hill, so the reception is actually on floor 7 (main entrance), with the rooms on floors below. The shuttle service for 15 euro was also great, we used it to get to the train station. All the staff were really helpful and friendly.

We had booked the Royal Suite (largest) for our business partners (couple). They absolutely loved this super large suite. Last year they stayed in the historic suite (also superb), but this one was double the size. Mega bed room, huge bathroom, huge salon with seating area and dining table, as well as an additional office + a small place for (I guess) security.

One thing the hotel lacks is a good parking. We just parked right in front of the entrance, since we were not staying longer than 10-20 minutes, but the parking opposite is really tiny and badly maintained. With a long car it is tough to get in and out, which increases the chances for damage.

very efficient room - surprising layout: room downstairs, reception etc upstairs. Bo view from the windows cornerroom but the original wall from the walls of the cit which gave it another dimention. Breakfast on the terras outside the dining room. Nice!!!

Just like in the VDV Verviers I hav a very annoying noice in the bathroom i think from the airconditioning. In both hotels in my room - must be in other rooms as well, NO? I forgot the chager of the toothbrush in the bathroom probably still in the bathroom wallfixture. Could you please send ot to my house at my expense? I need that? Thank you

We had a very large family room with 2 separate bedrooms which is very useful with kids. The bathroom was also big enough to accommodate 4 guests. The breakfast buffet had everything you need, only the coffee machine was undersized for the amount of guests (something would always be missing or needed attention).

The bar staff could definitely need extra training. For the few amount of people in the bar the service was terribly slow and once in a while you would be served something else than what you ordered.

We started a four day, point-to-point bike tour in Liege, and I thought this would be a good send-off location. The hotel and staff were nice and accommodating, even if our group of cyclists was a little out of place in this setting. I selected the hotel with a parking filter selected as we had lots of things (bikes) to get in and out of the car - the garage parking is nearby, but not onsite. There was a secure location to store the bikes, which we appreciated, but it was not covered. The food was good, but service was very slow despite there being a large waitstaff. It all had a nice appearance, but something felt a little flat overall.

Value for money. Room size was great. Bathroom spacious. Bed comfortable. Room service is good. Food is yummy. Spa is great, shout out to Shiamaa; she gave an amazing massage. Tv has smart connect so you can easily mirror your phone. Wifi is good.

Parking was not very convenient; there is one across from the hotel however it is not easy for low cars to park there. There is an underground garage but a bit further away from hotel which is spacious, the machine charges you more than what is advised by the hotel which is 20 Euros, so best to pay at the reception. Tv is set on a holder that can just move left and right, so not very comfy to watch TV at an angle. Room servics Menu a bit limited.

Amazing breakfast, great location. It literally looks like an old castle. Located just next to the historical stair to the town square. Super friendly staff.

Bathroom in my room could use a litle touch of renovator. The shower in particular. Still clean, but it was noticably used, something you would not expect in hotel of this category. After arrival (this was maybe because the room wasn't used for some time) it took like 5 minutes before hot water started to come out. After that everything worked perfectly.

The hotel has a very nice feeling about it, it looks elegant, homey and lovely. Loved the perfect bathroom and toiletries.

Had to change rooms to be able to connect to wi-fi. Sadly, because people steal rooters, but reception should have been more responsive to that, rather than telling me: it should work, we will fix tomorrow, please try a different network, etc. When reception finally sent a lady to our room, she saw there was no reception and immediately offered a different room.
