It is a special hotel where the decor looks like a Moroccan Ryad - very beautiful. The family which runs it is very friendly; upon arrival they gave me very good explanation of the city and things to do. The bed was very comfy - I slept very well. The shower is also good and strong. There are nice toiletries and a coffee machine in the room. The location is across the river from the city center but just steps away. Very nice Moroccan tea for breakfast :).

Breakfast was not very good value for money (it is optional so I would not have it again) There were very few things.

Still freshly built. There is still strong smell of concrete mixture for tiles in the bathroom.

The interior design is one of a kind, the staff were excellent, friendly and with a common sense rarely met. The room was clean, the view from the balcony was good for taking photos (the combination of houses and the sky) and the bed really comfortable.

The only thing I could say wasn't enough is the room space. It is tiny, tiny and you have to watch out so you won't hit the furniture.

- The bed was comfortable and kingsize. - The room is spacious and great decorated. - Parking is easy and free on the street. - Nice restos in the neighbourhood. - The owner is very friendly. - The location is near the city center.

- There is an elevator but you still need to walk on small stairs so it's not practical for people with wheelchairs or strollers. - Be careful with parking because sometimes the parking is used for the morning market. Just ask the owner for his parking advice. - No microwave is provided in the hotel.

Good location and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I’ve never met a more friendly or service minded hotel staff than these guys. They were just adorable. 10/10 service. Good at English too. You will be in good hands if you’re staying here.

Nothing to complain about.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ryad in Liege. The host was so welcoming and attentive. We needed assistance to get the proper set up among our three rooms, and it was taken care of with no problem. The rooms were so lovely. 2 of our rooms were very spacious. The other was quite small but adequate for the one night. Breakfast was a treat--home cooked and much of it served directly by the host. We enjoyed drinks and snacks at the brasserie right across the street.

My cousin's room, which was shared with my young daughter, was very small and adjoined another property which emitted a lot of noise. It also was a bit too bright in the rooms for my taste, Two of the rooms did not have electric blinds, only curtains. Our room had some unnatural light from lights or devices (though I am very light sensitive).

The room was nicely decorated and you have your own coffee machine with coffee. Wifi was fast enough for video conferencing. Nice location across the bridge from the historic center.

I arrived early around noon and no one was at the reception even with repeated ringing. Had to eat nearby and come back to find the owner there.

Great stay, I had liked to have more time. But I will come back one day. Very friendly family, who gave me a warm welcome. Everything is chosen with love and a lot of good taste and very well maintained. In the room there is a small coffee machine with capsules, helped me up into the day.

We had a room on the street, quiet enough, and enjoyed looking at buildings across the street. Parking was easy. Lots of restaurants around especially a short walk across the bridge to the main shopping area. Enjoyed the Moroccan style bathroom.

Nothing to really complain about. The first room we saw was a bit too small for us so we upgraded.

the room will be beautiful when it is finished the ceiling needs painting and the bathroom and electrics need to be fully completed some empty socket holes no bulb in the bedside lamp. radiator not mounted yet to the wall. the rest of the finish is amazing
