The renovated rooms, all done in very good taste. Bright corridors. Soft color schemes in the room. Excellent materials have been used (Dornbracht faucets, ... ). Comfortable beds and soft linens/towels; Marie Stella Maris soaps. Helpful and kind people at the reception. (On NY day, the lady took the time to check several restaurants to make secure a table for me).

The famous café, downstairs, has been kept fairly intact but "crowd management" messes up the tranquil atmosphere for which the place used to be appreciated. Staff is very friendly; the dishes are tasty. Picking a table in the second part of the area?

-Great traditional hotel with architectural and cultural significance -Very good brasserie (same location where breakfast is served) -Nice and functional rooms, although not very spacey -Very friendly service, both in the hotel and the brasserie -Great location in the center of Ostende next to the Kurhaus, underground paid parking is available couple of meters away

-The children's bed was paid, which is not a problem for 10 EUR, but for a classy hotel that really should be included -Check-in hours could be more generous

The rooms are small, but comfortable, renovated with a sense of authenticity but still catering to modern comfort. I like the breakfast buffet, the essentials but with a twist.

There could be a little bit more attention to food intolerances at breakfast. It’s good that there is already some oat milk, but a plantbased yoghurt option or a modest glutenfree offering in cereal or rolls would be a nice plus.

Beautiful art deco building, freshed up and spotless new luxury bathrooms... Couldn't be much better really! Location at a popular square, no trouble of noise.

Not so important but the reception is tiny, if it were a majestic entry hall, then this hotel could be a 5* No really no other bad remarks to make... Parking in Ostend is not cheap, so better leave car outside city center.

Great location just 50m from the Casino and beachfront. Secure underground parking in the Kursaal car park next door. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. 200m from the James Ensor house. Despite the central location our room on the 5th floor was relatively quiet. The hotel itself has a nice feel to it and the staff were helpful and pleasant.

Admired the new interior decor and facilities. Have been staying at Hotel du Parc for over 20 years so was a little nostalgic for the old place.

I think the provision of paper cups for coffee disappointing. To call a room as having a courtyard view (room 408) stretches the imagination

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The room was beautifully renovated. The room was small, facing indoors but it was cosy and comfortable with nice beds and linen. The bathrooms were nice and modern. We really liked to have a Nespresso coffee in the morning.

Super nice staff. Confortable bed and nice clean bathroom. We ended up also having a great and cosy breakfast there (as it was pouring!)

The room could be a bit more spacious

Friendly staff. Sea 50m away, bustling city centre just round the corner. Open door all day and all night. Excellent

I felt very welcome, had boked the "tiny" room , it was bigger as I expected. Very comfortable Bed, great Service and very friendly stuff. Few steps to the seaside, and the city center/ shopping area starts at the doorsteps. I missed out on dining in the brasserie which was closed that day for a reception, but it looked great.
