The views from the terrace and balcony are amazing and much better than the photos. There are 2 chairs on the roof and a umbrella if you need shade. There are also 2 portable chairs/ loungers which were fab and we took to the beach one day. The living space is small but had everything you need and we spent most of the time on the roof/ terrace anyway. There was a bar/ restaurant underneath which was great but not noisy at all. On our last night there was a festival which the locals in their traditional clothes and were singing which was a real treat! Its only about 5 mins walk to old town and 5/10 mins to beach and Marina. The host booked us a taxi to the airport which was greatly appreciated. I loved this apartment and wouldnt hesitate to stay again

We only had 1 towel but luckily we had beach towels and they could do with some more glasses etc but apart from that it was fab

Staff were all helpful and friendly. TV and internet were good.

Breakfast was slightly overpriced- we would have gone for it had it been under Euro 10 (children could have been lower still). No extractor fan in shower room meant mirror stayed steamed up. No milk with tea and coffee in bedroom.

My favorite place when I visit Ostend. The location is great, the rooms are always clean and the people there at the reception are very kind and friendly. I recommend it.

Although the room was tiny, it was so cozy and quiet and I had all I needed! The bed and linens were very comfortable.

Being asked to leave my luggage behind the desk unattended. No real welcome. The cleaning staff were very friendly.

The location is the best, I had a problem about the room and staff was responsive and tried to offer their best :)

The hotel is not brandnew and therefore I had a bit of technical issues in my bathroom which was annoying and couldn't change the room as the property was fully booked.

Reception was very helpful. I arrived early to store my luggage but she said the room was ready and I could check in. The lift was small but worked well. Location was in the center of town but on a quiet street. The cost cheaper than others in the area. Internet was good.

The room wasn't very large.

The price, distance from the sea, it's also close to all the shops, bars and cafes. The staff is very attentive, calm and professional!

The bed was really big en soft. The room was clean, smelled nice, enough space and a minifridge. The location was great, in the neighbourhood were enough restaurants to choose from, from our room there was seesight.

There was nothing that we didn't like.
