The room was an average size, but big enough for our needs, the bed was really comfortable, we had a good night's sleep. I was disappointed on checking in as I was under the impression that I had booked a room that included breakfast, I didn't find the accomodation cheap for 3 nights stay! Breakfast was at £21 per person, it was a bit of a cattle market at it's busiest, the food was okay, consisting of scrambled egg, sausage and bacon bits, plus fruit, yogurt, cereal, fresh bread, pancakes ect. I would stay here again as we were in a good location, a short walk to the beach and shopping centre. The seafood near the harbour was amazing! transportation was cheap to get around by Tram/Train. :)

Excellent location, we loved the triple room despite the lack of natural light as the size was great, our kid had a bedroom corner to himself, room and bathroom were super new and clean, with all necessary facilities. Beds were extremely comfortable and with nice bed linen. Hotel buffet breakfast was amazing, including even champagne on weekends! (which we didn’t take being with a small child). Fruit and lemonade made available throughout the day to hotel guests- a lovely and cosy gesture. Hotel is only around 150m away from the beach and is perfectly located also with regard to the city centre. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, room was cleaned daily - and very thoroughly. The hotel also is very tastefully designed, blending the original art deco charm with modern furnishings and original art work in the restaurant. We seriously got everything we needed- and this three-star hotel l much exceeded our expectations as it could easily deserve one more star!

The triple room lacks natural light but despite that it is very comfortable- and with good weather we spent most of our time outside, and a lot by the beach.

Friendly staff. We arrived at 10:30 am. Not only were we allowed to check in early, we were given an upgrade to a larger room. It had a separate room for children. This was very much appreciated. The room was clean, with air conditioning and came with a Nespresso-equivalent machine. Nice touches like cotton buds in the bathroom were appreciated. The room, being on the top floor (7th floor), offered a distant sea view and was quiet.

A fridge in the room would have been great.

Nice clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff and great breakfast selections. Ideal location right by the beach and close to the town area. Great walking along the esplanade, lots of places to eat with patio style dining.

Pillows! they disappeared as soon as you put your head on them. It was also very warm in the room, no air conditioning . There was a fan that helped although it's only turning hot air, but it's better than nothing. Opening the window doesn't help when it's as hot outside as in and no breeze plus it increased the noise level significantly being on a main road plus right by the beach. Noisy people walking through the streets in the early hours after leaving the beach party.

The staff is very helpful and super friendly, the location is excellent, beach is just a few steps away. We've parked our car on the street for 4 days at €8.25/day, so that was very interesting.

I noticed the room was not vacuumed as there were small signs (I'm picky), also the hallway wasn't vacuumed, other than that, I would recommend and will definitely go back.

It was great that there was a pool table. We got to hang out in our spare time with the kids and have refreshments while having fun in the hotel. Breakfast was good. More hot options would be great like chicken, lamb or beef sausages and baked beans would make it even more awesome.

The lift ran all day and night and was very noisy. No vouchers for the exchange of skipping the cleaning service were issued as promised. No welcome drinks on arrival as advertised but the service of the staff more than made up for that. Excellent service throughout the stay.

The room was very light and spacious with a very large bathroom. The buffet breakfast was very nice and provided a good selection for various tastes. The location was also really good being very close to the beach and also to the pretty Leopold park which was definitely worth a little visit.

The noise coming from other rooms at times was unacceptable. The staff is obviously aware of this because they provide ear plugs !!! The bathroom was unusually large, which was great. There was, however, no shower gel provided for the spa bath/shower. And yet, as mentioned above, they had thought to provide ear plugs ..... There's obviously a problem with the sound proofing in the room which granted is more difficult to address but providing gel or soap for the bath/shower is an easily fixable issue and must be provided in any bathroom let alone a luxury one.

The family room was enormous and the kids really enjoyed the privacy and the bathroom. Lots of space to eat in the room too, but the restaurants are really so close so no need. Hotel bar great too and barman is an absolute gem. He spoke something like 8 languages and I really enjoyed chatting with him. Breakfast was great too.

The lift was a really slow and cramped and there was only one so the wait was long and the ride very stop start. Parking was a little tricky and we needed to lug our bags from the separate private parking for a block and a half.

room, really spacious and comfortable, breakfast suited both me and my wife (we have totally different tastes) the location is great for the beach, restaurants and bars and the tram (coastal tram is great for a days outing). The staff are absolutely fabulous, could not be nicer or more helpful.

The hotel is beginning to look a little frayed at the edges but having survived 2 years of Covid restrictions only to be expecteed and allowed for.

The family room has a bedroom inside the bedroom and that was perfect for our baby to go to sleep early and we could enjoy around the room without bothering him
