Definitely go for the airport pick up. Jose the driver it was really a nice guy and gave us a little city tour on the way to the hotel. The hotel itself is very quiet and comfortable. It’s a five minute walk to the water taxi. Great place to hold up before you head to the outer islands. Had dinner across the street at 501 hub. We were the only ones there. Food was pretty good

The Fort George continues to be the hotel best defining Belize's Colonial Hospitality, with a very attentive and well informed staff. Albeit remodeled to suit the Modern Traveler and Tourist with fully upgraded ammenities, colonial era luxuries, such as mahogany furniture, are yet a mainstay. Those fascinated by local culture will be interested in its unique role as host to most social events, from proms to weddings.

I can't find fault with the Fort George; well, as a Belizean I admit to being biased, given it's so much more than hotel. It's a historical and social landmark. Finding fault with it, would be the equivalent of an American finding fault with The White House.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with seaview and in a very quiet although central area. Breakfast is directly delicious.

Nothing directly related to the hotel but the restaurant next door called "Secret Garden" is to avoid. Total confusion in our cocktails order, then they brought me fries instead of rice because rice was not ready, and we had to wait more than 10 minutes to have my friend served. My fries were cold in the meantime.

The room was fine. The airconditioning worked and we had a small balcony with a seaview The staff were very friendly at the evevening restaurant as well aas the breakfast room (different.) On one of our stays the US navy/army scuba regiment(?!) were staying at the hotel, so it was very noisy, but that was not a problem.

Difficult to say as we could not find anything to complain about. The US savy /soldiers (?) were boisterous but it became part of the fun as they behaved extremely well and were very courteous.

Great location, staff were superb very helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable slept well, breakfast very good as well.

Rooms could do with a bit of an update

The bed was very comfortable, because you can adjust the pressure in the mattress yourself, and the room was clean. The location of the hotel has a nice view of the Bay. The Food is excellent; The Chef who cooked my Talapia dinner Friday night of 3/25, was outstanding! I'd like to mention the friendly and welcoming staff who made my stay wonderful. Erica in housekeeping kept my room clean and well stocked; The Server's in the Restaurants who made my stay a delicious and satisfying; Cindy, Kamaree, Jenella, Maria, Rosemarie, and Gessie, all were very friendly an accommodating of my requests; and lastly, I want to thank Food and Beverage Manager Edison, for keeping Prosecco in stock every day of my stay. Thank you Radisson Team.

That I had to leave.

The staff were professional throughout the onset and imminent arrival of Hurricane Lisa , they worked tirelessly through the aftermath and days of recovery. Unfortunately we did not experience the hotel in its natural setting due to the Hurricane,the staff and management tried there best under very difficult circumstances and we thank them for there efforts.

Not being able to experience the hotel in its natural setting.Sadly Hurricane Lisa put a stop to that.

The location. The airport shuttle driver on our trip from the airport, Cairo, was charming and entertaining.

The rates for e.g. the airport shuttle and the breakfast buffet could be a little clearer, i.e. whether US dollars or Belizean dollars. We opted not to have the buffet breakfast at what we thought was USD 25; turns out the price quote was for Belizean dollars, namely $12.50. same with the airport shuttle

Shana in house keeping did a great job, and with such enthusiasm. I loved the location of my room, and I liked listening to the birds early in the morning. Denise and Dearly at the front were kind and patient. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The clam chowder was the best I have ever tasted. Compliments to the chef!

Nothing to complain about here.

The Radisson is really an old type hotel, like it was from a James Bond movie, I liked the wood works, the floors, the 2 Pools, the top modern Gym, the room was large and with a stunning view of the Ocean. Quick check in was good. The bathroom was well equipped. TV programs did not match the listed channels.

The Tavern was good, but the music choice was streaming on a broken wifi connection so the music came loud and stopped in bits, very annoying, telling to staff, did not help anything, they just said yes, and nothing. So I finished half a drink and left
