I love the view to the beach also the pool ,the restaurant

The property not that only I didn’t like is the manager how she treated me at the beginning my wife s sister was visiting to the hotel outside or going eat to the restaurant but I didn’t expect the actitud of the manager it was terrible disgusting attendance that was the worst that I had on the hotel ..I thought the hotel was not for Hispanos .. the workers worked excellent the manager was terrible women but everything else was excellent

Sheena at the front desk was very friendly and helpful upon check in and Ryan was courteous and professional with assisting me to the room and check-in. I as very glad to see him still there serving customers after 6 years since I first visited Belize and stayed at the hotel.

Pricing. For the same amount of money I could have booked with the Hilton in MBV or any other number of boutique hotels and resorts on the island. I chose this one strictly for the proximity to the airport however, in the future, I may stay elsewhere for a different experience.

Rooms are perfects ! Spacious and clean. We have a basic room and it was perfect. Pool area is beautiful and clean. It's really relaxing. Hotel is just in front of the airport so you hear the airplanes a lot but that was not a problem for me ! Staff is friendly and the restaurant was good ! View is breathaking ! I plan to go back but I will reserve the Sunbreeze suite (sister hotel) just because there is a kitchen and we want to cook for our next trip. At the Sunbreeze hotel you have a fridge.

AMAZING hotel! The location is perfect: walking distance to airport, shops, bakery, coffee, the sea and to adventure/diving operators. The pool is nice and the restaurant has good foods & drinks. The staff is very kind and helps organizing tours, golf carts...and also to get back my lost suitcase. (Big thanks again!) We had a blast here and would definitely come back :)

Good price for what you get. Right in the center of the town, in front of the beach, near to all activity companies, the hotel offers itself a lot of nice activities, the pool is great and the bar serves a big list of cocktails.

No vegetarian options at the restaurant :'( So unfortunately we couldn't eat there any day.

The room was a perfect size for a family of 4 and included a decent sized sitting area. The location was perfect! Walking distance from the airport, but no airport noise except for the random small plans that flew over head a couple times a day. Feet from the beach. The pool was not crowded nor was the deck around it. The staff is super friendly. The room included cable and 45" flat screen TV with an open hdmi slot. The bathrooms are nice and clean. The grounds are well maintained (raked the beach daily). The on-site restaurant had good food with good prices. Dive shop on site. Next door is a place to book excursions. Also, talk to the restaurant for a great price on a private excursion through "6ix Reel" (perfect trip at an amazing price)!

There was a small maintenance problem with a water pump, but to the credit of the hotel staff it was fixed immediately, and they followed up after to ensure there were no problems. The beach is well maintained but up on a retaining wall to stop erosion. It was still gorgeous and you could not tell in the view from the hotel it was on a retaining wall, but we had to walk down steps to get in the water. This didn't bother us, we are pool people, and there is a "traditional" beach right next door.

Everything was great! We celebrated our honeymoon here and the wonderful staff decorated our room for us. The location was very close to the airport, downtown area and the scuba shop which was very important to us since we did lots of dives during our stay. It was also quiet at night so we got the sleep that we needed. Blue Water Grill is also just a short walk away which was one of the best places we ate at during our visit.

The location was amazing … so close to everything who’s and restaurants! The staff was amazing!! So helpful and pleasant always! If you are wondering way to stay.. stay here. T Did I mention the location was amazing! It also has an amazing restaurant called the blue water grill. Definitely should stay here also the wifi was amazing. My friend and I had to work there for 2 days.

Nothing … it was perfect

as always staff was helpful and friendly. The beds are sooo comfortable. Its very quiet after curfew. The location is walking distance to most restaurants and shops. Pool is always clean and refreshing and of course close to the bar!

The beachfront is not swimmable. But that area none of the beaches are swimmable. I scuba dive so not a big deal.

The resort is beautiful and clean and surprisingly quiet considering location (central and across from airport but still excellent and close to everything). All staff so friendly and helpful. Everyone from front desk to restaurant. Good menu selection as well. My children really enjoyed the pool too.

No issues, the A/C leaked a little but honestly did not impact us.
