I have stayed at this property before and would recommend. Right in town and across the street from the water taxi. Comfortable bed, hot water, and WIFI was very good. Water and coffee provided. The staff were incredibly helpful.
Not any fault of the hotel, but there was continuous barking from the dog across the street. I was in room 206. Also note the hotel is next to a casino so it can get noisy at night. My room didn’t have a nightstand and the lamp didn’t work. Not a biggie for, me but just be aware when booking.

Being downtown it was a little loud because everyone was out and about. But I could walk to so many places by being there. The ocean and beach were a block away. I walked from the water taxi to the hotel. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities I needed. I will mention, staying in hotels often I did notice there was no hair dryer here. I didn’t need one, but if you do consider bringing your own. There were plenty of plug ins for me and the air conditioning was on and waiting for me and I loved that! The bed was big and very comfy. And there was a fridge and microwave.
Day 1 I ran out of hot water in the shower. I wasn’t sure if it was a cultural thing or not so I just turned it off and washed and turned it back on. The next day I didn’t waste time but also didn’t have any issues with hot water. So? I also didn’t like the fact that the “comforter” on the bed was covered with a sheet, but the underside was not. So, I flipped the sheet around to me and felt better about that. The noise. It’s not the hotels fault but I will give you a solution. Close the bathroom door. The sound is from the vent. Then close the curtains to also muffle the noise. Then turn on the fan on the ac. I didn’t hear a thing and slept very well.

Voyager was a perfect stay. It’s in the middle of the city center and every great restaurant and shop is walking distance. There is a little convenience store across the street that rents golf carts and they were great as well. King size beds that are super comfy. Rooms are small but it was perfect for me traveling solo. Rooms were very clean and smelled nice. There are stairs to the floors, which wasn’t a problem for me but may be for some. I didn’t see an elevator. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is in the middle of the city so it can be a little noisy, so if you looking for quiet and tranquil this is not it. It is across the street from the public beach, but there aren’t chairs are anything for you to sit on. Overall fantastic stay and I would stay again.
Nothing.

It was right near the center of town, just a couple blocks from the water taxi and the beach. The A/C was nice and cold, which was great after walking around in the heat. They provided 2 free bottles of water per day.
There was a small outside vent in the bathroom that didn't quite close fully and let a good amount of noise in, and there was construction close to the hotel during the day. At night you could often hear some noise from outside, however being in the center of town, that is to be expected. The hot water didn't last very long, so showers were pretty short even for 1 person.

I enjoyed being close to the downtown area of Belize. Being a block away from the beach was also nice! It was easily walkable and I felt safe as a solo traveler. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the internet worked well. The complimentary water came in handy, as did the in-room refrigerator. Comfortable towels, good water pressure, and the AC unit was refreshing with the heat of the day. A great hotel overall!
Minimal windows/view in the room I was in, but that did not detract from the positives.

I liked the location, close to the clock water, which is the center. The lady at the front desk Jonelzy (I hope i spelled it right) was really nice and comprehensive, helped us when we needed it. Beds are comfortables
The security guy was really annoying, we spent teo nights at the hotel, the first one we had loud music and he knocked at our door to keep the music down, the second night the music wasn’t that loud but he still knocked at the door and he was threating us, that he was also a police officer and told us that he could have kicked out of the hotel, and even before that he was looking at us weird with a challenging sight. He should not work as a security guy.

I loved the downtown location near a lot of local restaurants like Briana’s food place and it’s close to the airport and the water taxi pier. I came to San Pedro to go diving for a week and didn’t really want to pay to stay at a resort so this was perfect for me. There are a lot of great local restaurants nearby where you can get amazing food for around 5 USD like the stew chicken with rice and beans from Briana’s! Across the street there is a food stand that’s open on Saturday, Sunday, and Wednesdays where for about 15 Belize dollars you can get the get some really good BBQ ribs with rice and beans and coleslaw. The hotel is also within walking distance of a great local gym called Belize Fitness. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I come back to San Pedro to do some more diving!

I liked the hotel very much. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I liked the proximity as well to the city and the water taxi I used.
While the facility was good, some of it was run down and needed improvements. I would suggest that the owners try to improve their upkeep to meet higher standards.

The staff were incredibly helpful with any questions we had about absolutely anything. They organised a golf cart that was delivered to the front door of the hotel Good aircon Great smart tv Hot shower!!
The location is right in the middle of town, for this reason there are lots of drunk beggars roaming the streets (they constantly stop to interrupt your conversation and give an uncomfortable feeling when they don’t leave when you say “no”) (This one has nothing to do with the hotel itself) but by the way, the “secret” at Secret Beach is that there are sea lice everywhere that bite you when you are in the water. This wasn’t explained in any of the YouTube videos we watched prior to our trip to San Pedro.

The sea view and it's location was perfect! The rooms are so modern and the front desk was SUPER nice and helpful. Both the gentleman and young lady. Only regret I didn't get either name to compliment how friendly and helpful they were. WiFi dropped for a moment and the front desk came up immediately after calling to check it out and less than 2 minutes from calling it was fixed with someone to greet me at the door to confirm it was fixed. Guarantee I'm choosing this place again.
Maybe the stairs, I was on the fourth floor which was a bit tiring but the step design really helped. I can say, maybe the pricing? For the luxury and comfort I mean it's great but I think maybe it could have been a bit less. It's hard to find a flaw as it surpassed my vision of the place. Emphasis on this BIT. But overall it was PERFECT!
