The food was great, and very tasty. The service all over the Hotel was excellent. Pool area, gym, and the attention from the staff was quite exceptional. Any inconvenience with our rooms was handled immediately and with care by the staff at the front desk. BREAKFAST very assorted, relaxed and quite fantastic. Definitely a great stay

The kids area is not really functional. Arcade machines were not working. The food was a bit pricey for lunch and dinner. The rooms great and comfy but looked a bit simpler than what was shown in the picture.

The food , attentive and very helpful staff, cleanliness , pool environment , quiet aircon, everything was great. My only slight issue was when changing from one to another I couldn’t charge any of my phones /iPad in the sockets of new room and had to sit in reception where a usb port was for over an hour in the heat (air on not brilliant in parts of reception ) . Only a small thing and didn’t taint my experience. Would definitely stay there again. Perfect place for a wind down after travelling around Brazil and Argentina

Everything about this hotel was great. The staff were amazing and so helpful, the facilities were great and very clean. Loved the comfortable bed! Also the pool was open at night (until 10pm) and it made for a great end to each day. Breakfast was amazing! Would definitely stay again.

Lovely hotel for a short stay. We only stayed for one night, however when we arrived, the reception desk were very helpful with various information, and the concierge helped us with our baggage, without even needing to ask. Pool and room were spotless. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

My spouse and I had a great time. We had opted for the dinner option and was of great value. You get an appetizer, usually salad. Two main dishes to pick from, and dessert. Breakfast was good too. The hotel is just as described, lots of staff ready to help you with anything you need.

The room was great! The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and very comfortable. I got a hot stone massage as well at the spa, and the massage was very good, definitely recommended.

The breakfast was alright, it’s not bad but nothing special either.

Nice place to stay. The room and bathroom are clean, beds are comfortable and you have plenty of pillows. Daily housekeeping. The pool is working and there is enough space to swim and chill.

Great parking! it was important to us because we took our own vehicle. Very good breakfast, very friendly staff. Cleanliness was ok. The rooms are small, and with many, many, many mirrors.

Cleanliness was a bit lacking. The table in the room was visibly dirty.
