The location was ideal if you need to stay close to the GRU airport. We landed in the evening and needed to fly out in the early morning and were looking for something close by the airport. The staff were friendly, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was quite diverse. There is also a shuttle from and to the hotel from GRU. Only for dinner we needed to get out with Uber.

Nothing big, but the environment around the hotel is not really pretty. However, the location on its own serves its purpose and I am very satisfied with the hotel.

My remark in regard to the facilities was due to the fact that the window latch in room 1324 appeared to have been damaged and not properly repaired or replaced.It was possible to close the window but not as easily as it should have been. My second observation in regard to facilities is the bar service.The lady operating the bar was very able and polite/helpful but was often away from the bar on other duties meaning delay to service of the hotels customers.Consequently the facility,although available was not up to expectation. Notwithstanding the above I always use this hotel when passing through on my way to the UK and will continue to do so.

The hotel is very close to GRU airport and provides a complimentary 24 hour airport shuttle. The rooms are not big but modern and clean. Hence, for one night it’s definitely ok. Beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is spacious with a large shower with glass door, and very good illumination. The buffet breakfast was included and offered a selection of fruits, yoghurts, breads, eggs, cakes and more. Strong and tasty coffee as well as different teas. All in all, very good value for the price. On our next São Paulo layover, we will stay there again.

The room was quite warm when we arrived and it took some time to cool down. Air conditioning is not very efficient.

Stayed a day before travelling to the Amazonas, then the night before leaving Sao Paulo - after 5 days at the Grand Hyatt -because my flight got delayed by 13 hours! 1. Excellent breakfast that they served for us well before scheduled 'breakfast times' because our flight was very early in the morning! 2. The bar - caipirinha was excellent! 3. Service was very good, staff eager to help! 4. Free airport transfers! Was happy that I could move into Hampton by Hilton Guarulhos when BA flight got horribly delayed!

Amazing and comfy room. The breakfest is amazing and the hotel offers a transfer to GRU airport for free. Most of the staff is very polite.

The lady who did our check-out was rude with us, saying that we didn't book the transfer to the airport at check-in, but we did. So we're kinda disappointed that instead of checking on the system what she could do, she decided to say that we should've booked before (and we did, at the check-in).

Very handy for the airport and a useful shuttle. The impressive breakfast buffet starts at 4.30am so even if you have an early flight you can grab something to eat. Nice staff, comfortable bed. I stayed here twice on connections in São Paulo in the space of two weeks and was very pleased.

Breakfast was nice - fruits, juice, scrambled eggs and a lot of bakery (unfortunately, no gluten free options). There is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back. There is a sort of small shop at the hotel to buy a phone adapter, water and some snacks etc.

It was not comfort when you arrive in the middle of a night, nobody was talking in English and the next bus to the hotel would arrive only in 3 hours but the idea was to spent a night at the hotel before the next flight. Breakfast - please, add gluten free options.

We stayed at the Hampton for one night as a transit stop on our way to and from our main holiday destination. The hotel is fifteen minutes drive from the airport and they provide a free bus which can be caught from the arrivals carpark. The hotel reception staff were friendly, helpful and spoke good English. The rooms were well sized and clean and the breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful.

Close to the airport, nothing fancy, would not be good if you don’t speak any Portuguese; because we could ask Portuguese, they were able to make something allergy friendly for breakfast.

But it was quite a bit more expensive than advertised, which felt disappointing. The fine print said pay at destination, price could change but it became far more expensive than I would have paid for such a basic room.

10 minutes from the airport but quiet (if you close the soundproof windows)! Restaurant is amazing! For $20 USD, you can get a great meal or you can choose the (also good) buffet. This is important, because there are few restaurants near the airport. Staff went above and beyond to help. Front desk spoke English.

Gym wasn't great. It's small and one of the machines was broken. Parking uses a paid ticketing system, but it's only ~$3 USD per day. Just remember to pay for your ticket at the front desk before you leave.
