The staff members are quite pleasant and great to chat with, very clean place, well located. They gave us a very nice room located at one of their top floors and really helped us with everything. My friend fell sick and one of the ladies at the reception that spoke English really helped us with that too.

It’s not a complaint but if you want a nice view on the beaches, this is not a hotel that will give you that. But you still get a nice view of the mountains.

very old and extremely noisy AC that needs to be changed with new models. When we first turn on the tap the water was a bit coloured but fixed when we let it run a little. one day later there was a water shortage for a little time due I guess to reparation of the pipes. So I assume that there is a water problem... And room cleaning takes a little time to come

It is one of the best location in Capabacana and a great value for money. The breakfast buffet was excellent and fresh. My room was clean and spacious with a little minor observation to the noisy air conditioning system. It can get really annoying when it’s time to sleep. The TV got a great range of private channels available.

I found some of the staff at the reception very unpleasant to deal with. I dealt with a young lady this Sunday afternoon 29/5/22 and she wasn’t mannered enough neither flexible to sort out a small issue in regards to the consumption in my room. It’s fair enough that she may be only following internal procedures but that is why places as subs as hotels have managers around to be called in she didn’t. I found it very rude and it may help to ruin their reputation.

The location is perfect if you plan to enjoy Copacabana beach. There are some stores nearby such as groceries and drugstores. There is a restaurant very close and if you are catholic the church is also close.

The bathroom was not cleaned the day after we went to the beach. There was some sand on the floor.

The location of the hotel is perfect, it's close to Copacabana beach and not so far from Ipanema beach. There are good options of restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores and everything you will need when staying in Rio just walking a few meters. Beds are comfy.

The avenue in front of hotel has busy traffic and is possible to hear some noise if you wish to sleep during the day. Towels and sheets are a little old and could be replaced. Some amenities like soap haven't been provided everyday. The breakfast is okay, not wonderful. I had to renovate my key card access almost daily.

Breakfast was so tasty! Staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to burrow a parasol for the beach. Bed was comfortable and clean. Great location for Copacabana beach.

Breakfast should include more vegetables and other type of eggs, not only scrambled. Tomatoes, carrots, cucumber would be a good add.
