A very nice place, super quiet, not on the main road, just behind it, great design - rustic Bulgarian style rooms. Some very interesting details - the doors were all wood, with heavy-duty iron hardware, looks old and traditional. Maybe not super functional, but nice little touches. The furniture as well - wood, dark wood, exposed beams in the room, some old guns as decoration. Wooden floors and seilings, I have the exact same type at home, so it felt like home for me. We had a beautiful patio, with plenty of room to hang out, also a tailless cat, who was super friendly and cuddly, but not too much! He was great! Large bathroom, comfotable beds, easy to reach location even on foot from the train station. Plenty of restaurants around, grocery stores, across the street fro the international fair. Aslo, late check-out! Very large room overall. Would love to come back!

I can see how using the oldest key type known to humans could be a problem for some, was a bit annoying for me too, but it made me go back to my childhood. These door types are not really soundproof, but everything else is, there are other doors, that provide privacy. There were spiderwebs, but I think it adds to the rustic charm. The cat could be a problem for people who don't like cats or are allergic. The self-check-in is not actually complicated, it's easy, unless you have long fingernails, for the safe. There are neighbours right outside on a balcony, which could be annoying. The door to the patio is not done perfectly, watch your feet!

It was very neat and clean. Very comfortable! If you arrive before 5pm there is a reception so you can check in with them. They are pretty nice and you don't have to deal with door codes. The room was ready for us before check in time so we were very happy and grateful for that

When we arrived we were not prepared that there was no elevator and we were placed on the 5th floor, but it was not the end of the world for us.

A wonderful hotel, we were in a room on the top floor - with a wonderful balcony and views of the city. The room has everything you need - washing machine, stove. Very quiet area. Close to the center and to the bus stop. Definitely recommend it

Good isolation, quiet and good temperature could be held even without air conditioning (there is one, but we didn’t really need to use it) on 40 degrees outside weather and on the top floor. Cozy, homey, everything was provided. Mattresses on the firmer side but still we slept like babies. Easy check in, didn’t really see staff around.

The elevator is not the best and is kind of creepy.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is not in the middle of the city centre, which I prefer as it is not loud in the evenings. It's only a 10-15 walk to get to the centre area, so perfect for me. The room size was great for me as a single, and I loved having an outdoor patio area attached. The room design was very unique and interesting, which I appreciated as it was something different than just another hotel room. The manager was very friendly and helpful when I had any requests.

The room had only a few outlets, and they were located on the other side of the room from the bed. It's not a huge deal, but it is nice to have outlets by the bed for charging my phone while in bed. It's something that younger travellers in particular will appreciate.

Good location, private room, bathroom was nice, water on arrival, generally what you need as a room for the money, staff were helpful

Noisy beds, room needed airing out as it smelt smoky at first despite having a non-smoking sign (but after this was fine), a bit dated but overall a good buy for the money

Very close to the city centre. Quiet area with some restaurants nearby. The room on the groun floor with patio was very comfortable, spacious and quiet. Great choice for hot days in Plovdiv during summer. I liked rustic style design very much. And not the last - good value for money. Definitely would come again!

Only as recommendation - a little more greenery in the patio would make it great!

Everything was perfect. We booked two rooms. The rooms are lovely arranged. One of them had a quiet garden - great for relaxation. We went there on extremely hot day but the A/Cs in our rooms were working which was a pleasant surprise. There was a construction in the area and we also had a free parking on the street (this will not always be available).

The hotel has a very interesting and beautiful elevator. Never saw something like that. The room was big, clean and comfortable.
