The staff, in particular Katherina, were amazing - going above and beyond to help us with anything we needed and more, providing lots of recommendations and speaking on the phone to our taxi driver. Rooms were a good size and breakfast was lovely. Everyone asked us for honest feedback, genuinely want to do a great job for their customers

We were a little way out of town - but just use the local taxi service and ask reception to book for you to bring the cost down

Problem of the light that turned on by itself at night and I had to get up every time to turn off.

The location is a maximum of 2 minutes from the metro station. Own underground parking. Possibility of spa and gym. Own restaurant with quite tasty food. Spacious room and bathroom. The existence of an elevator that connects to the parking lot We would stay here in the future :)

Our room was on the side with the main street and we heard every noise here. If you are a person who cannot sleep because of this, I think that a room on the other side would solve the problem. The TV is big but all the channels are in Bulgarian. A few in English would have been appropriate, at least considering that from what I've seen, a receiver is used. Luckily it was smart and I was able to use YouTube

Incredibly convenient location, so close to all kinds of public transport options, and not far from city centre. The secure car park was very handy. The breakfast wasnt bad, with quite a good choice of food. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is really clean and feels quite new. There is a small, new gym on site.

Unfortunately my room smelled quite strongly of smoke, so someone had been smoking inside it seems. There were no bedside lights, which was strange - only one set of lights for the entire large room. Otherwise, the bed was comfy and the temperature was good.

the staff were extremely attentive and went the extra mile to give good service. they also helped me practice the little bit of Bulgarian I learned which was amazing. the breakfast was great. I had shopka salad (veg with feta) with eggs and bacon. the room was very spacious and had plenty of closet/drawer space. there was also a fridge with a minibar and enough space to add to. everything was extremely clean and good quality. the location to the metro is less than a 3 minute walk. the workout facility/gym was also really good. for anyone staying for a few days this is a perfect base.

Two very small items were a little unexpected but had no affect for me personally. 1) The room I had did not provide tea/coffee/kettle 2) The sauna and steam room are still out of action

No parking for car.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had some problems in our rooms - in one room we couldn't turn of lights above bed (something about batteries not working) and the receptionist showed us another room in less than 10 minutes; on the other room we couldn't close the window, and again the receptionist helped us (we needed to apply more strength), and even though she had to go from 6th floor to 1st and then again to the 5th, she was very friendly. Breakfast was tasty and, surprisingly, with good variety of dishes. Interior was nice and cosy, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Also, our room had big windows overlooking the city. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that this hotel has gym and sauna that you can use for free! And also on check-in we were given coupon that gave us 10% off in the hotel's restaurant. Parking is underground and so, really secure. There's a nice park near the hotel.

There's tram station really close to the hotel and if you don't close the windows for the night, you will probably wake up at 4am because of it. It didn't help that air conditioner was barely working. Parking is pretty small.

Communication was easy, the room was very nice and with one entire wall being a window. There was a comfortable nook for working, or sitting and observing the outside. There was a free gym and sauna + wellness facility that was very nice and available at any time. The food was good and breakfast was long enough. The location was right next to the Central railway station, making travel across Sofia through the subway very easy.

I missed a safe in the room, but it wasn't really necessary - I didn't worry for my belongings and I lost nothing, it would just have been nice for added peace of mind :) Especially for work notebook.

The hotel is very close to the central railway station and the center of Sofia. We were able to left the luggage when we arrived early in the morning and go out to explore the city. Due to some unexpected adventures with Bulgarian rail travel we haven't slept that night and were very tired but the receptionist pointed us to the coffee station and a lounge where we had some rest and reconsidered. Without her help we wouldn't see Sofia this time around as our flight was next morning.

Our debit card didn't work even though it worked in the stores later on the same day. Luckily we had enough cash. There was a rather noisy tram running now and then outside. The window was way too high for me to close. We were tired enough to fall asleep regardless of the noise.
