I had an excellent stay, Staff where very friendly to me, Aleksandar is such a friendly & great person he has excellent customer service and communication skills he made my stay extra special, it was great to stay again and to experience the excellence of this new hotel, it was millions time better then my previous stay here, I will book again when I’m back in Sofia next year

Although I’m rating a 10 there was a problem with the Air conditioning, it only blew out cold air despite showing “Heat on” also I’d recommend having more then 2 hair dryers in the hotel, it’s not ideal only having 2 among 30 rooms

well I was told that coffee is not included in breakfast which doesn’t make any sense, when I went in and out of the hotel the guests that where in the hotel kept asking who I was, these guests are relatives of the owners and I was the 1st actually paying guest, they couldn’t mind there own business so there for it was quite unpleasant and I did not feel welcome at all, it’s such a shame for a brand new hotel, it’s the reason I didn’t rate it a 10 which I really wanted to do

Everything was great: super warm and comfy room, great shower with good pressure and the staff were very professional and friendly. Kudos to your receptionist Aleksander Shoylev who was very helpful, professional and attentive!

It was my first experience to visit Bulgaria, I think I was very lucky in choosing a hotel that is totally worth it and is considered the best in comparison of the same price, the breakfast was very good and varied, the entire staff is professional and nice to deal with, everyone treated me with respect and help, and I think they make a good impression on the residents of this region, all Services close to the hotel. The supermarket is 50 meters away, and restaurants are close to 200 meters as a maximum, and next to the most famous shopping street, the Women’s Market. As for safety, the hotel is located in the best streets in the city, and all tourist places are close by, at a distance of 5-10 minutes on foot. I had a lot of fun choosing this hotel and I highly recommend it

The room was very nice, clean and had very modern amenities, such as a very nice shower with good waterpressure, a heated mirror and a big Smart-TV. There was ample room to store some of our things, and the bed was very comfortable. In some other reviews the breakfast was criticized, but to me it was perfectly fine, especially considering it isn't a very big Hotel, so they can't have a huge buffet either. But they had multiple sweet and savory options, fresh vegetables and fruit, muesli, and the coffee was complementary. Overall I didn't really have anything to complain about.

The location isn't super central, but once you've figured out the tram system in Sofia you can get anywhere quickly as 4 lines stop right in front of the door. And the blackout curtains couldn't cover all the windows in our room. Didn't really bother us, but if you travel in the summertime and you need it to be dark to sleep, you might need to bring a sleeping mask.

It is a very stylish hotel. Very nice, cosy, nice, verrry nice receptionist! The location is very good ( central)- you can be in 7 minutes walk into the center. Bed-super duper!/ minibar -very good, Breakfast-excelent!

I took the hotel only for 1 night-its a pitty. Everything was to high quality-I recomend this hotel even for a long stay! Pitty that its no hotel inside also for the nights ( but is a very good exactly on the back of the hotel/ 2 minutes walk-a Taverna)

It was a very new hotel. Hence everything was very clean and swanky. The staff were also very friendly and they even packed breakfast was for me in the morning because I had an early bus to catch. I feel there is scope for improvement.

No hot water and the AC wasn't working properly. Hence had to leave the window open which meant it was very noisy. Also the neighbourhood was very far from the main attractions and there were no restaurants to eat nearby.

Everything was perfect. New hotel, very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, plenty options.Staff were great, friendly and helpful. My special thank you to Alexander, he was incredible helpful, gave me tips about transportation and also places to eat.

Clean, spanking brand new , great comfortable bed, nice size room

Probably only 25% full but I can see only having one quite small lift a problem when hotel busy - there are no easy access to stairs, so you just have to wait.... bathroom is brilliant except no surfaces to put your stuff and towels slip off the tiny metal hooks.
