Nice staff and good room. The ladies were polite and helpful. We needed to come early and the Lady of the check-in let us to leave the luggage. The room was clean and the hotel taken care of. We felt comfortable and welcome.

The room was prepared for 1 person. We tell this to the staff and they solved it so it wasn't a big issue. The staff was very efficient and thoughtful.

Reception is open 24/7, with very helpful ladies who can help with anything you ask. The room was bigger than average for that price, with fast Wi-Fi connection, A/C and quiet garden view. Just few metres from hotel you can find fast food places and restaurants for every budget. Very clean and comfortable "good old times" hotel in centre of Sofia with large flat screen TV and fast Wi-Fi, suitable for working in teh room. Most certainly will return next time.

The room was warm. We stopped at the end of December. The location of the hotel is very convenient for tourists. Very friendly staff.

No kettle, no fridge. The walls were dirty. There was fungus in the bathroom. There was no shelf in the bathroom. You must hand in the key when you leave the room. This was not said at the time of settlement.

Bed mattresses were wonderful! I wish we could have more time to enjoy them! The lady at the reception was an exceptionally friendly. We were late but she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome!

I liked everything except for the cigarette smell. It was everywhere, especially in the bed sheets.

The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly, even the ones who couldn't speak English made an effort to help.

As a constructive feedback I'd add a bath mat in the bathroom and restock tissue paper when staying is longer than 2 nights.

Need improvement in the Internet connection and some more TV programmes. Also some refreshments, put some new towels, they're clean, but smell as old.

Central location within walking distance of centre. No issues arriving as used many times before always welcoming.

TV didn't seem to want to work but that's minor

The room exceeded my expectations, it was clean and well furnished, in a fantastic position in the center of Sofia. For the price I paid I had imagined a way worse room. Loved the fact that check out was at 12 so I could get enough sleep after arriving late.

The receptionist was a little bit rude, it was a little bit noisy outside in the morning.
