I liked that the rooms looked nice, it had a small kitchen, a fridge and so on. The location was central, very close to the big Churches in Sofia and to the city center. We managed to find a place to park the car close to the hotel, without being charged. However, there is quite crowded. The price was good for a group of 5 travelers.

One of the beds was not very clean. Both the sheet and the mattress had stains. The password at wifi was dunav666 . Seriously? I do not think this number represents the property. I avoided connecting to wi fi due to this reason. The password should me neutral regarding religious or ethnical aspects.

Apartment was really big, clean, and beautiful, with two large bedrooms, nice kitchen and big living room. Location is great, not far from center, and there is private parking close with really good price 6€ for 24h. I would recoment this place!

Only thing that I didn't like is very strong smell of some air freshener or something like that in bedroom, and that smell was on part of the bed sheets. So it was big problem for me all night for breathe, so can be for someone with asthma or alergies or if you just don't like it. It would be better for hotel to just be neutral for sleeping linnen. Everything else was perfect.

Spotless, large apartment, with good facilities. Quiet area, not too far to walk to Vitosha Boulevard through small tree lined streets. Comfy beds with good bed linen. Lovely italian restaurant just a few blocks away. Secure building with lift which when on fourth floor with bags was very welcome! Air con in bith bedrooms and lounge, again very welcome as very warm presently. Fridge, cooking hob and microwave a great addition although we did not use them. Good powerful shower.

Being suoerpicky but balcony had big puddles and seemed to lack drainage. Some seats out there would be nice. Tap in kitchen seemed to run hot water at times when turned to cold, eventually ran cold. As I said, being picky. This is a suoer apartment .!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was mostly quiet. Rooms were clean and as advertised. The location is central without being too noisy/crowded.

My main issue was the fact that reception works from 10:00-22:00 which forced me to postpone my departure/check out by 2-3 hours. The showerhead was leaking a bit, but nothing too bad to make it unusable. One last thing - the hotel is located above a plane air corridor so there were planes going over the hotel a lot which was very noisy. This isn't something the hotel has control over of course, but I am including it in case it makes a difference to anyone.

The apartment was pretty clean, big enough for a couple. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything you need for a short stay. It is not too far from the centre if you like to walk(about 20 minutes). One of the receptionists was really nice and helpful.Overall, it was okay.

The other receptionist was really rude when we called to inform them that we would be two days late because of an unfortunate event we had to deal with. We were told the hotel was full even though our reservation was still valid. They also did not want to give us a number of someone in charge of the reservations so we could talk to them and sort out the problem. Even though it says that the apartments are soundproof, you could hear the other guests pretty much from every room and floor. The bed sheets were freshly washed, but full of stains. In the general info it says that the apartment has a king sized double bed but it was two twin beds and they would easily separate during the night.

It was really warm and cosy, which was great, cause outside was cold. The location is good for exploring Sofia. The appartment is big enough even for 4 people, even though if they're grownups it will be hard with the sleeping..

There was no WiFi on the 4th floor. It didn't matter to me, as I'm local, but if you really need it, ask before reservation. The teraces were not cleaned in a while, but maybe that is to be expected in the middle of winter.

Very cosy and clean. Heating was always on. Bathroom clean and reasonably furnished. Well furnished rooms and kitchen the staff speak English and are very welcoming and helpful. Only 25 mins drive from airport, taxi about 15 Euros. They have a lift. Nice balcony

I booked 2 individual bedrooms suite, insteed we got one bedroom and 2 sofa beds in the living room. They did offer a discount though. Location is in a dark street about 20 min walk to centre. No furniture on the balcony to sit on

Lovely accommodation, have all the basics you would need, small but comfortable and had a small balcony, short walking distance from city centre so can reach everything on foot.

be great a bit more detail cleaning inside the fridge and bathroom but nothing too bad just me being picky 😂 as well would be great to have some extra bin bags. otherwise no complaints at all

I stayed in Appartment 1 from 10 till 16 October 2022. I really liked modern design and enjoyed location. There was kitchen in my room, so I didn't try to order breackfast. And all free toiletries were inside, so I didn't have to buy anything more.

The door handle was broken since 1 day, and nobody fix during my staying. And there was no free slippers, but it was said in preview that it must be

The location was great. We were able to walk to many scenic locations, and there was a very nice bakery close by. The staff was helpful.

The light fixture in the living room hung down very low so we repeatedly hit our heads. It could easily be adjusted. There were no reading lamps anywhere in the apartment. It also did not have a microwave oven, which would have been helpful. The decor was very bland.
