This hotel has a certain charm to it. I liked the little breakfast terrace and the jacuzzi. The staff was amazing and helpful and I got help for every request or issue I had. The location was great - super close to the beach and the pedestrian part of the city. Upper-floor rooms have a sea view. You should definitely explore the port nearby - lots of great restaurants, and there are Roman Baths ruins just a couple of minutes away (the small ones). There is a bus stop right across the street if you need to go somewhere.

I wish they had regular cleaning, at least at 3-day intervals, not just the linen/towel change. I had to ask to clean the floor a couple of times, and - I should say - it was cleaned. The dishes in the breakfast room had some food residue stuck to them the first few days but then the situation improved. There is loud music nearby up until early morning, and the hotel is located on a pretty busy road.

there was building work going on. it would have been good to know about that before we booked as there was no refund available once we booked and found out about the building work.

We were satisfied with our stay :) Great location, just near the beach full of wonderful bars with great vacation atmosphere and 10 min to city centre. Staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was delicious! Our room was lot better than we expected according to photos - beautiful, spacious and with outside sitting on shared teracce. Hotel has 4 parking places, so if you´re lucky, you can park free just outside hotel.

It´s great that hotel has shared outside space with sitting, but it would be much nicer if it was cleaner. Also hot tub looked tempting, but there were some dirt (maybe just sand), so we were afraid to use it because of hygiene. And our rooms after arrival were little smelly, but the smell went away almost completely.

Hotel is in excellent location, can walk everywhere. Breakfast was good with multiple options. Sauna and jacuzzi were nice extra.

Book parking! The parking situation in downtown varna is a nightmare. They have 4 spots front of the hotel but those can't be booked beforehand. We had a spot in the garage which is about 100m away from the hotel. Parking garage is really small and you need to have good parking skills to be able to fit your car in. And it's only for small cars. Our room was on the 4th floor and you can hear music from the beach bars. Not too loud but if you have a difficult time falling asleep it might be an issue.

Parking in front of the hotel is small and garage is only for small cars. This was my problem with staying there. The price of breakfast is more than offered.

Location is great! Right next to the beach, park and variety of great restaurants. Very polite receptionists! Rooms were nice and clean! There is an elevator. Highly appreciated that they allowed us earlier check in. The hotel provided nice sheets for the crib.

During our stay, only in one of the bathrooms of the 3 hotel rooms we booked, an unpleasant sewage smell appeared… we were told because of the weather. Some noise from the busy road but considering the location it was a good compromise :).

Great facilities in the hotel (sauna, gym, hot tub), absolutely fabulous location opposite the beach and friendly staff. Very comfortable bed, clean bathroom and lots of storage in the room.

A bit overpriced for what you get. Recessed ceiling in the room meant there were a fair few spiders coming out at night time and also an earwig (which with arachnophobia was scary, but to be expected in a hot country!) Sea view wasn't quite what I hoped for, just a porthole that you could stand at, whereas other rooms seemed to have real windows. Would be better to cook breakfast to order as there was a lot of tepid cooked food (grey eggs, etc) that no one was eating. Room could use another chair / sofa as plenty of space but only one chair/desk. Also bear in mind you'll have the music from the beach bars until 3/4am but soundproofing was as good as can be!

-wifi worked for 3 days,3 days it was down -there was an odd smell in the room -the AC had only ventilation, it had no cold at all -no place to vent the wet towels and clothes -there's a loud beach club next to the hotel with loud music till late, i recommend earplugs for a smooth sleep -4 small spots in the parking lot, it was always full. we had to park in a private parking lot(85 leva for 6 days), we didn't expect those expenses but...the parking situation in Varna is simply irritating

Staff is lovely and helpful - managed to reserve their underground garage to park my car away from heat, seagulls, cats, dust, etc (15 leva / day)... NOTE: you need to be a decent driver with a small car to fit into that tiny underground garage. The beds are extremely comfortable both for light and heavy people :) Breakfast was good, nothing to complain about and nothing extraordinary. The location was absolutely perfect for us: very close to the sea, next to a mini-market that was open almost all day, not very far from the main walking area with shops, etc. BONUS: they come daily and arrange your room, which is very nice... however they don't change towels and sheets every day (we stayed for 8 nights and they changed them once or twice), nor have we seen that they vacuumed the floor during this time. You also have shower gel and soap in the bathroom. AC is built into the structure of the building and works great (however might need some cleaning). Overall - absolutely fantastic benefits for the money. And yes, this is the second time we come here and certainly not the last. Oh, and there is a mini-fridge (huge plus!!!) and a safe in the closet :) EXTRA: FREE sauna on demand; garden jacuzzi, small gym... I mean - what more could you want :)

It was really difficult to dry swimming suits and towels - there is no place to hang them. This was probably the only real minus. What could be improved? Small improvements on cleaning (like vacuuming once in a while) and changing towels / sheets like every 3 days. But these are really minor things... or maybe things that I would expect from a 4-5 star hotel... sooo - completely optional.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff members were friendly and always ready to assist with any request. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and conveniently close to all the main attractions. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean. I particularly enjoyed the tasty breakfast they served each morning.

Honestly, I couldn't find any negative points to mention. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
