The hotel was OK. The budgeted rooms underground are a bit overpriced. Otherwise they were clean and facilities were OK. Pillows were thin and the mattress not the proper size to suit the bed. But it was calm and somehow comfortable. Bathroom was extremely clean. They offered to change towels and toilet paper on the second day which was very impressing. The location is good.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, my room was ready when I arrived at 12.45, they emailed to ask my arrival time. The price was a good price and the room was great value for money, nice and clean and nice and warm with clean bed. Great value for money.
For the money I paid, its perfectly acceptable. Its 12 minutes walk to the centre, or a short bus ride to the centre.

Everything was great starting from convenient location to 24h reception. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious room for two of us. The girls on the reception proved to be highly helpful within my requests and were always in touch.
The only thing I missed was an electric kettle in the room. That's all ;)

The location itself was all right, though the neighborhood might not be the best one (also confirmed by the locals) we never felt unsafe. For the low amount of money we paid, the conditions were decent and the staff always helpful (the housekeeping ladies were moving very fast and did amazing job with the cleaning).
The ceiling in my room was a bit moldy and started dripping but the housekeeping staff did its job eventually and everything was fine in the end.

The room, furniture, facilities, etc were very nice. The staff was very polite. There were tables and chairs outside the hotel for smokers which was very comfortable.
If there was an iron in the room it would be very nice.
