This hotel exceeded my expectations in all areas! It felt new, clean, and had a fun vibe to it! We really appreciated the underground parking -- there was always room for our car and we didn't have to worry about it! The included breakfast was surprisingly good! Be sure to ask for an omlette at the bar, as they do make them fresh for you. And then there are the typical cereals, croissants, toast, cucumbers, tomatoes etc. We also ordered the beef burger at the restaurant which was really tasty (a little expensive, but really good - worth the money!) Our flight from Varna didn't leave until 10pm -- and the hotel was VERY accommodating in allowing us a later checkout. After we checked out, they even allowed us to leave our car in the carpark while we went across the road for supper. All in all -- the best part of this hotel is the staff! Seriously, they all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

I would have loved a bigger restaurant menu for dinner - but I understand they are just starting the restaurant up. That's the only thing I would change!

The hotel is new and clean. Personnel is helpful and private parking is available, a great benefit for a car traveller like me.

The view from the 13th floor was spectacular. I sat by the windows for hours just to enjoy the view. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The restaurant wasn't open yet but the location offers several good places toe at in a walking distance.

The water pressure was insufficient but that could be because of the floor we were at. If you like me like to sleep with the window open I suggest bringing in ear plugs as the traffic is rather intense.

very cosy hotel with friendly staff. the room on the upper floor has a great view over the town with a huge window and a nice relaxing chair next to it. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean tidy. We would stay here again next time!

The only thing I miss was the food selection for breakfast - it could have been a little bit more rich.

The staff at the front desk was very helpful and pretty polite, checking in and out of the hotel was made in less than 5 minutes. Our room was perfectly clean and the sheets/blankets were changed regularly. A/C worked perfectly. Beds were very comfy.Wifi was fast and reliable. Smart TV was a big plus. Elevators were working all the time (there are 3 of them), even if you are stationed on a higher floor, you won't be needing more than a minute to reach the ground floor. The underground parking was very convenient since it's basically impossible to park around the hotel: parking spots were wide and properly marked. The location of the hotel is good if you want to reach Golden Sands by car, otherwise it's a solid 15-minute walk to the city center. Overall, one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

The underground parking barrier should be a bit faster. Expensive breakfast: 18 BGN (didn't try it though, so I can't tell if it's worth it or not) There should be more towel racks in the bathroom.

Super comfy that there was free underground parking.liked the urban and modern interior design, young and hip vibe. Cool young people as well. Quite close to the malls area. Amazing views of the city from the room. You can get a good coffee from the lobby bar though it's for a fee. Would stay there again.

I planned to get breakfast (didn't reserve it ahead but wanted to pay in place) at the hotel but at 21:00 PM the reception notified us that there would be no breakfast for the next 2 days. Very close call..and inconvenient since there are not any options for breakfast anywhere near the hotel. Also the reception guy was very nonchalant about the whole thing, giving me the feeling that since they don't owe us anything it's not his problem. Not a pleasant feeling. But, all of the other receptionists were fantastic. Another thing is you need to ask for a fan from the reception and then return it, minor inconvenience but still.

The hotel has very kind staff. All settlement procedures went quickly, clearly - we settled at night, but this did not affect. Interesting concept and design. The city is clearly visible at night. And on a sunny morning you can see the lake / sea and the movement of ships, and the domes of cathedrals. There is a comfortable chair for observation and relaxation. Beds are comfortable, sheets and towels are clean. The room is large and has a kettle, table and space to store and seat several guests. The bus station and the Big Mall with many shops and cafes are about 1.5 km away, there is also a stop for the city bus 409, which goes to the airport in one direction and to the seaside park in the other direction.

The soundproofing in the hotel is not so good, because in the morning it was very loud talking in the hallway (we don't know if it was employees or guests). In the bathroom, it seems that the drain is not very well made structurally and therefore the water spills and stagnates (during the settlement, there was a smell, but then the water gradually leaked and the smell disappeared). The rest of the plumbing was clean and tidy.
