The location of the hotel is great, in the heart of the city. Close to the sea, restaurants, shops, pubs etc. The room was as shown in the pictures and very clean. Having a balcony was great, we would have our morning complementary coffee there. All staff members were very helpful and polite.

The bathroom was a bit small and so was the shower cabin. Water was also leaking from it. The toilet flushing buttons were broken and was hard to flush. The light switch was malfunctioning at times, probably some electrical wiring issue. They have no parking so you need to find public parking on the streets, wherever you can. There was a bit of a stale smell in the room - they should try some room sprays or something.

The room was quite big. Location was perfect, close to everything so we didn't have to use any kind of a transport. The stuff was very friendly and kept our luggage after we checked out so we can go to the beach.

The furniture in the suite was old and worn out. The balcony was very small and had space just for one chair considering the fact that we were two guests. The shower was in the middle of the bathroom without any basin or partition just a shower curtain so after taking a shower it was extremely difficult not to make everything drown in water. The toilet tank was having a leak and after a flush you had to wait at least 10 minutes to be able to flush again which was annoying.

The hotel is very conveniently located - close to bus stop 409, which goes directly from Varna Airport. Also, the hotel is located next to the main street with restaurants and shops. The hotel is very close to a beautiful park located along the sea coast. Nearby are thermal baths, which are open around the clock. For a short stopover, this is a great budget option. The elevator looks brand new. Cosmetics, refrigerator - everything you need is there.

Something needs to be done about the shower, as water gets on the bathroom floor due to an uncomfortable curtain

Great location near so many restaurants and cafes and close to the beach. Also was very quiet at night. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was the best one we’ve had so far in Bulgaria, no where near as soft as previous mattresses. AC in the room. Decent sized wardrobe where you can stash you luggage so it doesn’t clog up the room. Good shower/water pressure.

The location of this hotel is excellent! It is located in a very center of Varna, everything what we wanted to see is really nearby. The room was well-equipped and the staff was nice. They also called taxi for us to get to the airport and the price was 14 Leva, which is really good!

Although the reception is nonstop, the night staff could hardly speak english so sometimes could be difficult to handle things but afterall they were really helpful and nice.

Location is great, the room was clean and overall it's great value for money.

Room was very small, the toilet cistern was constantly making noises and I had a hard time sleeping. The WiFi signal was too weak and I was constantly getting disconnected.

The location is perfect, everything was clean, the staff is awesome and friendly.

the toilet wouldn't stop flushing the water inside and it could get pretty noisy at night (it bothers u while u try to sleep)

All the staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. The room was good but slight problem (see below) We had a fantastic balcony chairs table and sun loungers. The room was very large with good wardrobe space and a safe.

Just a slight problem with a leak from the shower into the lounge area.

Location is amazing, staff treat us well. Price was great taking in account how close to the central street it is. We stayed at one of the ground floor rooms. Just as expected it is below the reception so you should not expect a view or anything, it is more humid than a regular room but it is cheaper, room looked great, it is more spacious and if you don't intent to stay there a lot, it is perfect.

Toilet flushing broke (but was fixed soon). Understanding of english language at the reception not ideal - I asked to borrow a pen while the response was "sure, no problem" but no pen borrowed. 🙂
