The most comfortable mattress out of the 4 hotels I’ve stayed (3-5*) on my short tour in Bulgaria. Lots of space. Walk in shower appreciated as I have mobility issues (most accessible room from what I can see). Stocked minibar (pay by item) a nice touch for weary travelers. Location near city bus stops. A shop at the end of the road. I felt safe as a female solo traveler. Although I had the car park outside my window/door I slept well. They also offer travel items at the reception which is appreciated.

A car woke me at 4.30 but this is the actions of another guest so external issues I don’t complain about. Checking in can take a few minutes to make sure everything is in order but I appreciate thoroughness gives me security. Didn’t much care for the reading material so if staying with children please as for this to be removed before your stay.

Location was ideal for a couple of days on the way to the airport. Price was great, and reflective of what was provided. Staff were friendly and helped book the taxi to the airport at 4AM, along with providing a few missing essentials.

I'm stretching a little here, as I think for the price everything is as expected, but the fridge in the room was a little noisy when I wanted to go to bed early, and there was some noise from the other rooms. Also the drain in the bathroom smells a bit.

It has been pleased immediately that the hotel was located away from the main roadway. Nearby is an excellent local famous shopping and entertainment center. There is a small supermarket just in a few steps from a hotel. The hotel staff is very responsive and extremely attentive to their customers. I liked my weekly stay there. The hotel is very recommend for coming to Varna by business or leisure purpose.

- It woud be desirable to have an electric kettle in the room.

Room: It was quite big and clean. The beds were decently comfortable and there was no problem with the surrounding noise. THe AC works fine in case you need it. Bathroom: There was running hot water and the the toilet flushed properly. It was quite clean. Breakfast: You will get a selection of ham, cheese of variosu sorts, a cucumber, a banana, coffee, butter and jam Staff: They were very helpful and very nice. Location: You have a sueprmarket nearby and the Grand Mall of Varna is a 10 minutes walk away. You are 30 minutes from the city centre on foot.

I don't have anything to complain about.

We arrived later in the night, but reception was still there and check in wend fast and smooth The room was great, large with a nice seating area and balcony. The bathroom was big, unfortunately the water takes a long time to go in the drain. The breakfast was nice and served late (after 10:00)

The wi-fi doesn't work in the room. The bed is strange, there's a gap between the end of the matrass and the end of the frame, causing the pillow to fall all the time.

It was extremely good value for money and offered pre-booked parking which in Varna is a definite bonus. The staff, both on check in and check out, were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our room though a little basic was comfortable and clean and there was constant hot water and clean towels. The bar/lounge area was very pleasant too where early morning coffee was available from the staff on request. We went with friends and although we had only booked two double rooms their room was spacious with a very nice seating area which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was a short distance off of the main road but we were unaware of any traffic noise. It was ideally situated for us as it was a very short walk to the Grand Mall, which is huge and has everything you need including a food hall, and this is where we wanted to go. We stayed only one night as we had to be at the airport early the next day and again, because the hotel is near to the main road through Varna, it was a perfect location and we got to the airport easily. There was a very well stocked grocery shop within a short distance of the hotel. I would happily use this hotel for trips like this in the future.

The parking area was fairly small. The entrance was fairly tight and a really large car and nervous driver may struggle with it, but we did get our Renault Scenic in without any hassle. The hotel room was looking a little tired with a few marks on the wallpaper, a couple of marks on the curtains and a small area where the wallpaper had lifted slightly. although to be fair this was just post-Covid and the new season hadn’t started so many places would be in the same position. The toilet leaked some fresh water from the cistern when we pulled the flush which we reported and the staff were immediately on to it.

We would like to thank the owners of this family hotel for organizing parking for our bus. We arrived in a large 49-seater bus, and it was not possible to park inside the hotel's own parking space, so the hotel paid for a parking spot in a nearby autobus station and advised us where to park. Very well thought and much appreciated!

It is a perfect place if you are planning to continue your journey from Varna bus station or Varna airport. And it's definitely worth it's money. Wi-fi is doing great. There also shopping mall nearby. My room had a cosy balcony (although view was not impressive)

Sadly, they don't have elevator, so be prepare to carry you luggage. The shower was of the simplest kind - a hole in the floor in the WC. No shower curtains. The beds were narrow.

Location - very close to main bus station - easy to go there with bags. Service - helpful staff, bar, etc. Balcony with table and chairs. WiFi, hot water, small fridge, TV (300+ programs) - all worked fine.

No elevator. Not clean balcony and walls. Shower not separated.

Basically most of the things.The staff were polite and helpful.

Matrass was very thin and unconfortable. Recomed to be replaced with bettet quality as the bed is one of the most important things in a hotel.
