nice placa and very clean

unfortunaly, someone stole our money from the room ( 500€), that we left in the a bag.

The conservatory used for serving the breakfast was nice. The location of the hotel was perfect for the purpose of our travel with the kids. It is located in the sea garden , just next to the dolphinarium and walking distance to the zoo and the beach.

The family room was actually smaller, than it looked on the pictures. There are two small sized rooms and one of them has really small windows . It filled more like storage with beds. There was no table, where you can have dinner. If thravelling with kids , you don't have the choice to order dinner and stay at the room. But this is only for the family room.

Everything was so easy. We arrived a bit later (after reception working time), but that wasn't a problem. We got a code to enter the hotel. :) The hotel itself was very clean and smelled good. The bathroom was great. It's usually really hard to find a shower which is not flooding... well this one was planned very clever and worked perfectly fine. We were super positive surprised and happy. Breakfast was small and place for it was cozy with local morning show. :)

The hotel is small and neat. The lady who runs it is very friendly and helpful, though communicating in English was a challenge. Breakfast was more than adequate. The big plus was the parking . Had to pay for it though. There is a bus stop just across the road from where you get bus 409 to the center.

Location not near the center or the beach. Ok I guess if there were kids as it is in a garden with the zoo nearby. .

Small hotel with excellent location in city garden. Hotel is with comfortable beds, very nice service - reception, cleaning etc. Room, bath and public areas are clean with everything you need for your stay. Communication with hotel was great before arrival. There is free WiFi during our stay. Would recommend it to everyone who needs comfortable stay in Varna.

The homely feel you get, especially when the staff remember you. The location couldn't be better, rooms comfy, 24 hour access, cleanliness, its just perfect for what we need.

Leaving

The room is wonderful, very comfortable and the air conditioner works quietly and absolutely does not interfere. The breakfast is delicious. The location is close to a very good restaurant and a stop for public transport and to the sea.

Breakfast has a small assortment, I would like also omelets, more fresh fruits and greens to make a salad.

Location is prime! Set in the sea garden which leads to the beach and main areas of the city. Easily located by taxis too if needed. Rooms are a good size with a modern, clean, bathroom and flat screen. Fob for easy entry downstairs. Ladies working there were all kind and welcoming every time we saw them.

Leaving

It was a beautiful quiet area and at the same time close to many activities,the room was very comfortable and clean and the shower was amazing. The caretaker was very friendly and accomodating. She even gave us a couple of umbrellas for the rain. I highly recommend this place!

The location is fantastic, the manager was lovely and couldn’t do enough for me to make my stay comfortable. She showed me one room but I said I’d like something bigger, without hesitation she said no problem and showed me a lovely room with outside patio. Lovely lady.

Hard to say!!! It was very nice, maybe just the breakfast was the same every day. But that’s not a true criticism as it was very nice.
