It was nice over all.

In the first room the toilet was not clean there was still a poop from the guys before us.

The swimming pool with the mineral water, the room was fine.

The noise! All day and all night there was music from the upper (gypsy) neighborhood! It’s not something the place can make about but it’s worth the try!

The hotel needs renovation: the room had missing lamps, there were no hangers, on the walls in the bathroom it appeared that old hangers had been broken or dismantled. It is not cleaned well - in the bathroom there were mold stains in many places, garbage under the beds, large spider webs on the windows. Towels and bathrobes are very old - see through and have big holes. The steam room was not working. Some of the time the hydro valves in the pools were not working. The facing of the pools is crumbling. It is not monitored how they are used by children and thus disturbs the relaxation of the customers. We were not accommodated in the room we booked - there should have been a bathtub and a clothes dryer but there wasn't. The breakfast is not good - instant coffee from a machine, they put some kind of sausage in the omelet without thinking that there are people who don't eat sausages. The price does not correspond to the proposed level. The conditions do not meet expectations for a 4-star hotel. The hotel is a 20-minute walk from the city center. Carts pass along the street, as well as the railway line in the immediate vicinity, and after it a neighborhood with houses from which loud music is constantly heard.

I don’t like the fact that was cold in the apartment. The hotel has local heating, which was lit in the morning from 09:00 to 11:00 and in the evening at 20: 00/21: 00 until midnight which is extremely insufficient at the period of winter (keep in mind that you are at the middle of the mountains) and for me and my personal standards was cold, also one more thing that personally I don’t like was the fact that not all utensils and equipment in the restaurant were clean enough

The Spa area is spacious enough and has all the basic requirements - sauna, steam bath, pool, 2 massage rooms. The rooms has a private bathroom. Rooms are designated tables during breakfast. There is free parking.

The rooms are extremely noisy which ruins a relaxing weekend and there is no option to switch a room at all times. There is an ongoing 24/7 radio inside the rooms that does not turn off. The room key cards do not work all the time and require reception assistance. The pool is barely reachable due to too many kids all the time. The beds are uncomfortable and an upgrade to the mattresses could be done as well as sound proofing the rooms. The breakfast included is very basic and disappointing compared to other hotels for the same prices.

Swimmingpool and Size room was good. Jacuzzi in room was ok.

Very old furniture. Old hotel. Matrasses were not very comfortable. Breakfast cold and no variation.
