The hotel is nice and clean. I'm surprised by the quality of the bedding and towers, extremely white. The location is good and there is a great view.

The staff is unfriendly. There was a man from maintenance, I presume, who was extremely rude when we temporarily parked the car in front of one of the garages (used as a storage place) to unload luggage and be closer to the hotel. If the hotel is full, the parking spots are limited. The breakfast and the quality of the food are much below expectations. There was an unpleasant smell from the bathroom and at some point, the water was dirty (brown color).

The location, the staff, the view were great. Food was not pretentious, but delicious. Very quiet and calm during the week. It was clean and cosy.

The apartment we booked was not separated - bedroom and living room were in one space, which was not convenient , as we were travelling with a baby. The water is polluted , it was brown and smelly at moments. We had to buy bottled water to bathe the baby and brush teeth etc.

Warm and clean rooms. Great location. Spa was with great view. Staff was responsive. Hotel is not very big so it is not overcrowded.

Food was good but very limited options to order from. Restaurant does not correspond to 4* hotel, if I am not mistaken there was a sign restaurant was 2*: grill, fries, few types of salads, that is it. For summer probably it is fine if you spend most time out of the hotel and don't eat regularly there. Jacuzzi was not working or being offered.

It was very clean, the room we've been in had view to the lake The food was delicious, the personnel was nice. It is perfect for escape from the city. It has everything a person needs to relax and reset :)

There was garbage in front of the hotel, around the hotel. It was like construction stuff but ruined the lovely view in a way. The dogs were barking a lot, including at night. I think the price should be lowered down a bit

The location was good (just as expected) it also has a tiny parking like 2-3 parking spots. The view from the Hotel was stunning. The spa was working.

It’s not so clean as you would expect there was dust everywhere even some hair on the floor. The restaurant has only I think like 6 meals very poor to choose from. The Breakfast was ok but you don’t have any water. Some of the personal was not so friendly.
