spa facilities were incredible! staff were super helpful and courteous. Food was delicious. beds very comfortable.

SPA zone is generous and I love that I can spend time in multiple pools and sauna. Also the personal (reception, bar, room) is pleasant. I appreciate that in the bar area they discontinued using coffee/chocolate aroma.

I have been more than 6 times at this hotel and I can observe that during each breakfast, the available plates (to collect food) are more or less dirty (ex. nuttela). This creates a dislike feeling about having breakfast, dinner etc in the hotel. The room and bathroom light intensity is very low; so each time I use the phone light to shave myself.

Lunch menus were very delicious - We went 5-10 minutes after it has ended and they were able to find us the last 2 pieces of Moussaka, which was excellent ! SPA and pools are very good and I enjoyed my time there. When there are many people during the weekend people tend to leave the SAUNAs and STEAM baths with opened doors, which does seem very polite to the rest of the guests, but that does not seem to bother anybody from the personnel. The heating stones on the back had all their buttons broken, hence you were unable to comfortably adjust it as you'd like to, but they were still okay to use. Massages were good, make sure to take the Turkish bath with quise, not sure if it's written like that, it was written " Кисе " - very pleasant process, leaves you with a smile. Make sure to get up early to have breakfast and go to the pool to take a spot, because people tend to overuse their towels and are leaving it there for the whole day, which leaves you with no place around the pool, even it it's empty. Very good thing is that you have the opportunity to not carry any money as you can put almost everything to your room ( Except SPA massages, and buying tokens for some of the games on the reception floor ). Breakfast was very good as well. * One additional thing - One of the waitresses really helped us to feel very good in there, while dining, her name was Sylvia - if you see her working, you will be served with a smile and positivity ! ** We reserved for 4 nights, but after the 3rd we decided to go home so we had to cancel one of the nights - hotel was VERY helpful and explained us that we need to cancel one of the night from booking and they will call them for agreement - no additional charges were made.

1 - Sometimes personnel tends to have arguments behind the lobby bar ( in the kitchen, but still has no door and it's easy to hear it if you are waiting in front and no body takes your order for more than 5 minutes. 2 - you cannot buy anything after 10 pm 3 - 2022 - TVs are not smart and for a hotel, that has 4* you should at least be able to get a % of the paid programs - like HBO, Cinemax etc. 4 - People have no idea what HDMI cable is. 5 - We were in an apartment and we had no tub. 6 - Cocktails were not very well made 7 - The outside temperature of the pools could've been a little bit higher. 8 - You cannot pay for your massages through the room number.

The breakfast was extremely good. There was everything possible which can be served on breakfast. Also there is a terrace which you can also use for eating. The dinner was also delicious and with great variety. The SPA was very good, the facilities are clean and tidy and despite the fully booked hotel it was not so crowded in the SPA zones. There are small outside warm pools for the cold weather and if you go through the summer there is a very big outside pool but working only form June. There is a very good game room with tables for cards, chess boards, pool and interactive games. The lobby is very cozy and spacious for a drink after dinner. All the personnel was very polite and welcoming.

The room was a bit dark and not enough sockets, otherwise completely OK. And it was a bit crowded in the restaurant at dinner time. Better to go a bit later. The dinner is until 22:00 so there is plenty of time.

The management should take measures against people occupying facilities with towels and also smoking when both are clearly forbidden with signs

Loved the spa. Good restaurant. The water is superb. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The bed included a top mattress that kept sliding off the bed and was not comfortable at all. The parking space is not sufficient when the hotel is at full capacity. Velingrad itself is not an interesting city at all.

- Because we come here regularly, there has been quite a good improvement in the variety/quality breakfast and dinner, they were already top before :) - All swimming pools were working and the water was clean. - We found the bets comfortable.

Not only for this hotel, but for the majority of Velingrad's hotels, the moment you go outside of the hotel, streets are in a horrible state, dogs running around, dirty and shady buildings. Strange city - some amazing hotels, but 0 infrastructure.

Everything was as we expected it. SPA was marvelous compared to other hotels we've been in Velingrad. Room was a bit smaller especially the bathroom, but it was fine in general. Just on remark in regards of room service- make the room mates to be more attentive as we had put Do Not disturb on the handle of our room and on the second day we were woken up by a lady that hadn't seen the sign.

There were no particular things that we did not like.

The breakfast has improved enormously since the last time we were here 2 years ago. Even though the restaurant was full, they kept the buffet clean and refilled regularly. There was a variety of choices and the coffee was good as well. ( Everything much much better than before)

Some waiters at the restaurant were close to rude. Obviously there is no one to organise the outside pool. First day we were told we can not reserve cabanas because they are only for the VIP Apartments. Also we were told we can’t reserve beach chairs and there were signs saying not to use the towels for that. On the next day we went to the pool only to find out that 80% of the beach chairs were “ reserved” with towels and few of the cabanas were not occupied by guests from the VIP apartments but were laying on some random chairs and then simply moved to the cabana. Our deluxe room was right next to the AC units outside and it was very noisy. Cleanliness could be improved much more.

The spa zone is phenomenal, you cannot use all of the different saunas, steam baths or pools in one day! Beds were very comfortable and breakfast was amazing. Near the hotel there are 2-3 restaurants, that are great and worth trying.

The whole organization with the towels and spa/swimming pool is a bit uncomfortable for the guests. The guy that was handling the swimming pool was extremely impolite. Apart from him, all of the other staff was very helpful and nice.
