All staff working in the hotel were friendly and helpful. The receptionists helped with all of our enquires. The rooms were clean.

The outdoor pool is not big and gets easily crowded. Some people smoked whilst standing in the outdoor pool, which was not pleasant for the others and it seems strange for a pool in a spa hotel. It would be good to forbid smoking inside the pool.

Most of the staff were very pleasant and friendly, the food quality was excellent and the swimming pools were clean as were the fitness facilities. Massages were high quality and at a fair price. Rooms were big and cozy.

need a water dispenser by the pools, (tap) water should at least be available free of charge at dinner and cleaning staff often wouldn't give us a new mug and leave a dirty one behind, never gave us new teabags either. The shower in the room isnt weak, it's just that every stream of water that comes out from it is very spread out so you end up with water spraying in almost a metre diameter which isn't very practical. When there weren't that many guests for a day or two, the saunas, steam room etc. were not as warm as usual and / or were turned off which is not very fair for the guests that still wish to use them. Also, the 8-ball table could do with straightening as its sloped and the cues there have a lot of use, making the price of 4 lev per game a bit unjustified.

Spacious room, renovated bathroom, extremely clean, plentiful food with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, pleasant water and spa treatments, friendly staff. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Very well maintained,clean property. We did not use the spa but used the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Outdoor pool is way to small and crowded even though ample outdoor space for bigger one. Food was good and well prepared with various vegetarian and meat dishes to choose from. Servers friendly and efficient all staff welcoming and very nice . We had very nice stay and when coming to Velingrad we will stay again. Thanks and keep up with the great work!

Very clean and well maintained

Food was excellent, everyday was something different and you cant have everything on one plate, because you definitely want to try everything. The staff were extremely nice and helpful.

The pool was lacking decorations or music, it was just pool with water and a few people. The location was underwhelming, the stairs are not well kept and safety going out the hotel is lacking, no guard rails to keep us from falling.

nice location at the top of the town, surrounded by mountains the spa area has a big variety, a little outdated but all functional. The spa offered extras at an additional cost such as salt room, fish therapy etc. I booked a half board with bfast and dinner. there was a good variety and the fruit and veg were locally sourced. the staff at reception were quite nice, they upgraded my room at no extra cost.

The outdoor pool could have been a bit bigger. It was perfect for my stay as due to the weather everyone was using the indoor pool.

The location and view are fantastic, the decor is both cosy and arty. I liked the painted glass and elements on the ceiling in the lobby. The layout and organisation of the ground floor makes it a the perfect lounge area with all the facilities you might ask for - outdoor breakfast area, kids corner, etc. The staff are extremely efficient, always there to assist and you don’t need to wait long to get their attention.

The shower in the room was not the best but the spa has plenty of working showers

Staff was amazing and very accomodating.Food was good and everything was affordable.would recommend.

I have a baby and would be great to have microwave to be able to sterilise the bottles and would be great to have a free coffee in the room(instant is ok)

The renovated rooms are brand new. The breakfast and dinner were eccellent. The pool and spa zone are fine.

The bathroom has a glass wall to the room. If there are kids its inproper not to have a curtain for that wall. If you light the lights in the bathroom at night all the room is shiny and wakes up the others. No hair dryer at the room.

Good facility and good spa. Perfect vocation for a family with children. Food is very good for each time .

-Indoor pool area needs some care. I saw lots of mold especially on the ceiling of the pool. - Hair dryer inside the room is a disaster. It was really nightmare with my two daughter with long hair after each shower. It was hardly working.
