no window, just a nice picture of a view!

Our room was clean and comfortable, the bed was comfy and we had a good night's sleep. Everything we needed such as hairdryer, fridge, TV etc was provided. Universal plug sockets provided, which is great. There is a common area where you can use a washing machine and prepare simple meals. The hotel is a 10-minute walk from restaurants, the night market, and riverfront. Really nice coffee shop right in front! For the price, it is good value for money.

Our room did not have a window and this was not specified when we made the booking. If it had been, we would have requested a room with a window. Slight lack of ventilation in the room meant that there was a 'foisty'/damp smell.

Miss: Many at the reception is one of the best employees I have met at the hotel , She cares about the comfort of the guests and is keen to provide any assistance they need, She is modest, speaks fluent English, and is highly efficient in managing guest problems. I also thank the room cleaning staff for their daily interest in cleaning and arranging the guest rooms at a distinguished level compared to other hotels .

The room had basic facilities, though nice and functional. The hotel in general was well-maintained and only a short walk from the market.

The room's window wouldn't close. It tended to get extremely noisy in the early morning, with the school kids nearby. The staff was perhaps a bit stiff - they refused to contact our bus company (from our own phone) to settle a few simple questions, as we don't speak Khmer.

Very comfortable beds. The dorm only has 4 beds so it isnt cramped. The shower has great preasure and has plenty of hot water. There is a free to use washing machine, and the staff patiently helped me use it since I couldn't read the instructions. Very clean. There is a safe for each bed to store valuables. The price through booking is higher, so after my first night I payed 5 dollars in cash to extend my stay.

The room was a bit damp at first, but after running the aircon for a while the moisture was removed. I would reccomend they leave it on minimally to prevent the damp condition, but it really wasn't that big of a deal.

It's a new hotel and the room is exceptionally clean with nice decor. The bed is super comfy too. The room has both air con and a fan. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, attractions. WiFi was good, didn't experience any problems with it. TV has some English channels. Attractive price during opening of hotel.

Some TV channels were blurry. The room above me seemed like it was still being renovated so a bit noisy during my stay. Water only provided on first night of stay

The room was clean and comfy.

- Power outages that lasted hours. - On the third day, someone (a guest) entered my room at 2:00 a.m., and the electricity has yet to be restored. When a guy (guest) opened my door while I was sleeping, I was taken aback. I hope it doesn't happen again with another guest. Please accompany new guests to their rooms. These are the resting hours, which usually occur as a result of exhaustion from travel. He misidentified the room without intending to.

Central location and lovely room. Staff were friendly and we were able to print out our Visa’s for Vietnam at the desk for a small fee. Be aware they take a $10 deposit when you arrive for the room but you get this back at check-out.

Only problem was tiny cockroach bugs kept coming into the bathroom from behind the sink and we couldn’t get rid of them.

The hotel is very clean, all facilities are excellent, and the rooms are very special

It is necessary to warm the shower water in the morning from 7 to 9 am and in the evening from 7 onwards, as the electricity from solar energy is less during rainy days.

The location is perfect for local markets and not too far from the Killing Fields and very close to S21. The free-to-use washing machine and free water refills are also a massive bonus, and the room was very clean!

There was one small cockroach that got in, but once we removed it, we had no other problems at all!
