We really enjoyed our stay at Poulo Wai in Phnom Penh. It is a really well finished and welcoming building from walking into reception. The staff were wonderful for our trip here, any questions we had they were only to glad to help and offer suggestions of what to do and see in and around the city. Facilities were very good in room and gym etc... Highly recommend this hotel should you be staying in Phnom Penh. Location is good, a short walk gets you to the waterfront, a few minutes walk to central market or there are plenty of Tuk Tuks around to get there that bit quicker!

Great spacious rooms (we stayed at Building B, having the exec suites), clean, AC and shower working very well, great views if you have a room on the higher floors. Very good location, good restaurant options in the neighborhood or a short walk/drive.

Probably a bar at the swimming pool would be a nice addition! There was some noise from the bar(s) down the street that could be noisy for some rooms but that’s an external factor which is tough to deal with for the hotel.

Great staff and services. Everyone was so nice and attentive. I tend to mind my own business but one of the night, due to loud neighbor, I called front desk at 130a to request attention to the matter and I was pleasantly surprised that the noise stopped pretty quickly.

I think the free breakfast selections need a little bit more varieties. There were only 3 fruits (orange, dragonfruit, and papaya) available for breakfast. Cambodia has so many other fruits available! The gym and pool were really nice. They even have pool table and also a ping pong table with bing bong robot. However, it closes early at 7p. I like to work out late (after 9p) so it was disappointing when it was completely closed after 7p.

The hotel was still being renovated but the support staff, particularly those assigned to "guest relations" could not have been nicer ... going out of their way to be helpful. The best amenity for my needs was the 25 meter swimming Pool ... it was available throughout the day and evening and I appreciated it being maintained in excellent condition ... the fitness room was similarly taken care of. The breakfast very good and again the support staff was excellent.

Nothing particular comes to mind ... there was a little construction taking place but it was not inconvenient.

Staff was kind and helpful. We got un arrival which was a nice surprise. Room is nice and spacious. Bathroom also big and nice. Pool table, ping pong table and a nice gym.

We had to eat our included breakfast in the room despite the rooftop bar/restaurant was open. Also we had to choose the breakfast the day before. We had to ask permission from the staff to use the ping pong table in the common area. The pool is very cold and with no sun at any time of the day. The floor around pool and gym area was dirty and we got black footsoles from walking around on it.

Very clean, modern hotel. Beautiful pool area and staff were very friendly and helpful. 10 minute walk to markets and same to the riverfront entertainment area.

No hot water during stay was not ideal but taking cold showers on hot days was ok for this trip.

We had enjoyed our stay the hotel facilities and service ambassadors. It is just short distant to popular places and shopping centre. The whole team is very friendly and helpful to make our stay unforgettable. The great view from Sky bar, see the stunning sunset and Phnom Penh night view. Our stay was fulfilled with a great memory.

Everything is good. Lovely staff with the professional customer service. Breakfast is very delicious and dinner is awesome.

Everything. The sky bar was great, the staff were lovely, and there was a great bistro over the road (although the hotel food was very good as well). Very civilised attitude to smoking - on the balcony and in open air is fine. Great value for money.

The showers are run off solar power which is a great idea but have to be left to run for 15-20 minutes before they heat up which seems like a huge waste of water and needs to be factored in timing wise if heading out anywhere

Everything was good. Location and staff were faultless. The hotel was very quiet. The gym was fine and the roof bar was great with some great views over the city

Breakfast was a bit limited because the buffet was not operating owing to low occupancy
