It was located in a great area, near the river and all the sites. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We requested a baby cot and it was already set up in the room when we arrived. A staff member escorts you to your to your room and can help suggest things to do and where to eat, which is a nice, welcoming touch. Breakfast is an incredible deal, with an extensive buffet of goodies, including salads, fresh fruits, savoury dumplings, cereals, toast, and jam. You can also order a cooked entree with omelettes, congee, noodles, and a classic breakfast with eggs, choice of breakfast meat, and grilled tomato. The tuktuk drivers outside the hotel were all very friendly, honest, and spoke impeccable English. The first place I’ve been where tuktuk drivers don’t try to rip you off (and this was also true of other tuktuk drivers we found in town.) I had the Urban Vitality spa treatment, designed to combat the shoulder and back issues of sitting at a desk all day and it was divine. Would return here 100%

The only thing we could have possibly wanted was a tv that allowed you to cast your phone or log into a streaming service. So minor and nothing that would keep us from visiting again… but literally the only shortcoming we thought of!

The pool was superb and the rooms very comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location is great. Overall it was a great place to stay.

I booked two services at the spa. One was a massage, the phone of the person doing the massage kept ringing and one of her friend came to chat with her while she was massaging me, which wasn't very professional or relaxing. The second was a pedicure and they "made a mistake" and performed another service than the one I had book. Also, the restaurant was great and catered to many international options, perhaps at the cost of more local dishes but there are plenty of those available if you choose to step out. I do which however that the a la carte breakfast menu was more inclusive of dietary restrictions, although the buffet was very nice.

The rooftop bar and pool are definitely the highlights of this hotel. I ordered a cocktail ($6) and sat watching the city at night; it was lovely. The breakfast is also decent; plenty to choose from and the a la carte options were good. The WiFi was fine. One of the staff at the front desk changed a $100 note that I had for smaller denominations. Unfortunately the ATMs over here mostly dispense $100 dollar notes and not every vendor has change for that. The bed was comfortable.

The room was quite dark, a couple of the bulbs were barely working so it was quite difficult to read once it got dark outside. The complementary toothbrush was very cheap as some of the bristles came away from the brush during use.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms with nice touches, great views from balcony and windows, especially if you get the rooms at the end of the corridor. Helpful, friendly staff, lovely open foyer and rooftop spaces to relax, pool table, book exchange, gift shop, and amazing, filling breakfast spread. Great food available for purchase, both local and western. Try the cocktail special with 3 canapes for USD$7.50. The strawberry daiquiri with bruschetta is a great fresh combo. The best thing by far is the refreshing rooftop pool with glass wall where my son and I swam every day and evening. Amazing city views lit up brilliantly at night.. Just spectacular. Great location too, with a variety of local eateries surrounding the hotel and it is close to amost attractions.

Some food annd wine options are a little pricey but the quality is really good so probably worth it.

Centrally located. 5 mins by tuk tuk to Basaac Lane, Wat Phnom Temple, and the Night Market area. Average usd 2.5 one way with the tuk tuks outside the hotel. Much cheaper through the Grab app (ride hailing). Same journey was less than usd 1. Fare to the airport using the Grab app was only usd 8. Staffs, rooftop pool, breakfast were all amazing. Happy hours at the rooftop bar was between 5-7pm with 3 beers for usd 5. Would definitely return some day.

Power went off occasionally but came back within seconds.

When first checking into the hotel the staff greeted us with a refreshing drink, quickly got our key sorted and helped us carry out bags to our room. The room was very spacious, clean and had all of the amenities we would need e.g. towels, soap, shower gel, shampoo, toothbrushes, razors etc. We were honestly blown away by the rooftop pool and restaurant area. The food served in the restaurant was delicious, and extremely reasonably priced; staff were very friendly, quick, and attentive. There was nothing better than coming back to the hotel after a long hot day of exploring Phnom Penh to cool down and relax. The hotel is approximately a 30-minute walk from the main palace and the Mekong River. Otherwise, you can expect to pay around $ 2 USD. We stayed in the hotel for four nights, ate at the hotel each night and had drinks and our total tab was $132 USD - what more can you ask for? Very happy, would love to stay again.

It is hard to think of something we didn't like about this hotel.

Friendly staff and a decent pool. The restaurant has a good variety of food and drinks and has a nice breeze flowing through on those hot days.

The room I got wasn't the one I was expecting (the photo showed a balcony) and twice I had undercooked food in the restaurant. One was a beef steak and the other was salmon. You can imagine I wasn't keen on the salmon, as I had just barely recovered from food poisoning (not obtained at the hotel). I did also seem to have a little any problem at times in my room.

An excellent place to stay in the heart of Phnom Penh. The room is very clean, with a ceiling fan and aircon. The mattress is firm and very comfy. The breakfast is mind-blowing: you have fruit, savory and sweet stuff, coffee, tea juice... plus some dish that you can order for free. The rooftop area feels like a hanging tropical garden and the swimming pool is bigger than what I first through. The staff is extremely helpful: they helped me book a daytrip, transfer to the airport, kept my luggage after checking out... EXCELLENT.

Nothing to do with the hotel management itself, but some people who use the pool leave their used towels in the sun beds after they've left, so you might have the impression that all the sunbeds are taken when, in fact, nobody is there. Be mindful of others, folks!

The hotel has amazing facilities (the pool - and the restaurant - were definitely highlights) and the rooms are decorated with style. The location is great too, it is just outside BKK1; it is located in a more residential area but all the restaurants are just a few minutes away on a tuk tuk or 5-10 minutes walk.

Not much, but if you I could make a suggestion: the staff can be more active in saying hello to the residents walking pass. The kiosk is not directly facing the entrance and that might have had an unintended impact. That said, all in all staff has been friendly and helpful.

The location was ideal for our staycation plans. The room was a small studio with everything one could need, city facing balcony and clean rooms. Spacious restaurant area with a good selection for the buffet breakfast. Cosy rooftop swimming pool with amazing views. Seamless & friendly check-in and check-out process.

The bed I had was way to hard for me, while hubby snored of coz ;) The downer of our stay was when I was politely told by the rooftop bar manager I could refill my water bottle by the bar while we were at the swimming pool instead of going down to the reception area. But when I went to refill it a third time, the manager wasn’t there, and I was impolitely told by the bartender that I could no longer refill it there. This is not uncommon for females in these parts to behave in an unprofessional and unpleasant manner.
