Location, free room upgrade, friendly, polite, helpful & discrete staff, free access to swimming pool & gym of sister hotel nearbij and 10% discount (used to be 15%...) on skybar food and drinks.

Airco blowing air directly on the bed, polite receptionist sleeping in reception (even when he wakes up and opens the locked front door at night without complaining) is not the same as the advertised 24 hour reception. For the same reason, my bicycle which was parked in front of the reception of the hotel, got stolen at night without anyone noticing... The receptionist -I must add however- came with me the following day to the police station and helped me to file the police theft report.

Great vale for money. The room was very clean, spacious and confortable. Good budget friendly option for a couple of nights exploring Phnom Penh.

Location is kind of central, but in an area where there is not western restaurant or any other attraction, you always need to grab a taxi/tuk tuk. The room and toilet are confortable, but quite simple, but we cannot expect much more for the price paid. We stayed in a family room on the last floor, and during the last night it rained a lot, and the noise it made on the roof was unbearable, we could not sleep until the rain slowed a little bit (it was a heavy rain, but still modern hotels should be more sound proff).

Warm hospitality, great location and awesome Khmer noodle house offering discount for hotel guests. The hotel provided bath robes, which is rare and clean room. The hotel have jacuzzi and sauna, great!

Appreciate the clean sheet and comforter but perhaps tone down on the softener as the frangrant was too strong. The toilet dont have a bidet.

I requested for a decoration for my mums birthday and they did it without extra charges. Hence I felt it is very sweet and thoughtful of them to do so.

The property is slightly further away from the Royal Palace and Independence Monument if that’s your main attraction.

I enjoyed my stay! The wifi was good, the staff was really helpful and friendly. The location is great too. Also, the restaurant that's near is pretty good. Give a try to that shrimp soup ;) Enjoy and good luck to you!

I soiled the sheets with a small amount of blood. I feel I was charged an excessive amount for them to be cleaned. Blood is not a problem for a modern laundry to clean.

I came from a long ride that night and decided to get a full rest in this hotel. Well, I just wanted to get a deep sleep in a very much comfortable sheets. Well, I get more than what I wanted. I was placed on a corner room. It was very quiet. The room was big enough for the price. The bed was so comfy. Size really matters. Sheets smell new. The comfort room was just enough for me to move and stay longer than usual. Though, there was no tub. Hot shower was great. There was a couch, too. I can say that the quality of my rest that night was so amazing. The AC works so well and I even wake up so late than usual. That rest was worth hundreds of bucks. They provided to me at its friendliest rate! Superb!

I suggest to put blockage on floors that needs not be seen by guests. Enforce the checking of body temperature in each person entering the hotel. All is well, though.

The room is clean. Provide nail cutter, scissor in room.

The water provided in bottled is refilled. For hygience purposes would be better to have sealed bottled water.
