The pick-up from the airport was great on the motorbike Tuk Tuk was a great experience The next day we took the same guy to take us around The room was great. This hotel was one that actually read the request and gave us the room we had asked for and helped us take the luggage up to our room and brought it down for us too Our room was a twin instead of a double which was OK since each of the twin beds was the size of a small double and was very comfortable Breakfast is basic but they had fruits and a fresh egg station so everything you would need for a great breakfast

It would be good to have better toiletries in the bathroom and maybe better storage in the room. Also having hand towels would be an improvement rather than just bath towels The swimming pool is a little tired but they were cleaning it in the morning. We were there for a very short while so we couldn't really try it out

The only płace to stay Siem Reap!!! We loved the staff and everything that we received during our stay. The most hospitable people, very welcoming and going further than expected. Easily bookable tours right at the reception with a cool driver. Good breakfast and really great rooms :) We got food at the hotel's restaurant and it was really tasty!

What a spectacular experience from the moment that we arrived. Kind, caring, and fun staff for being so welcoming ❤️). Delicious food. Quiet pool and lounge area. Exceptional spa. Great AC. Comfy, clean beds. The staff made everything seamless and easy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful oasis in Siem Reap.

I can just agree with all the other reviews: great hotel, great stay. Everything was top notch, but if I would pick out something that particularly impressed me was the exceptional staff: super attentive and friendly. The hotel beautifully, rooms comfy, beds amazing, pool lovely. I could go on an on. Do yourself a favour and stay here!

Wonderful hotel. We’ll worth the stay. Very friendly and helpful staff with good facilities. Handy to Pub Street’s bars and restaurants. Hotel Staff are friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful stay! Pool is clean and garden is cozy. All the food choices for the breakfast, lunch and dinner were excellent.

Amazing service. The staff was very polite and exceptionally helpful. They help arrange things for you as far as transportation and activities. The rooms are clean and orderly. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to stay near pub street.

Boatang (sorry if incorrect spelling) was a great host and attentive manager. The staff were always happy and keen to help. Kaka was a great driver organised via the hotel and the tours to Angkor Wat and the floating village were excellent value for money. Good choice for breakfast. Pool clean and pool towels provided.

Extremely accommodating staff - helpful and pleasant. They were so friendly & kind, often talking to our little girl. They helped me organise a separate quiet room to work in for a last minute meeting, a SIM card, a local massage, they heated milk for our daughter, improved the WiFi to our room with an engineer, helped with laundry- all with a smile and the sense that nothing was too much trouble. Lovely pool area, good location. Quiet at night (except a few local dogs) always tuk tuk drivers waiting to help, plenty of good food a 5 minute drive away - great breakfast included - overall just fantastic.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and arranged our tuk tuk driver for ankor wat who himself was amazing. hot showers and comfy beds and a good breakfast.

The staff was really nice and attentive. The place was quiet and clean. You can really rest and spend very calm days in this place. The location is great, away from the crowded and noisy city center, but close enough to get there walking or by tuk-tuk. The breakfast was simple, but enough to start the day. We enjoyed our stay there and for sure will come back!

The pool was quite dirty (I understand it's rainy season), but I think there's room to improve. I expected a wellness center, as stated in the description. There's no wellness center in the hotel. They only offer to take you to a spa in another place. Not big deal because there are plenty of nice spas in Siem Reap. But still, the description is not accurate. If you want to pay by card, they will add 2%.
