Everything was just perfect, the room, the food, the service, how clean it was. The staff are so helpful and they will do whatever they can to make your stay a nice one.

The pool opens at 7:00 am which I think is quite early as during my stay there was a mom with two kids that would be screaming and splashing at that time making it quite uncomfortable for the people who want to rest since they will be waken up for sure due to the noise at the pool. I think changing the opening time of the pool at 8:00 would be more mindful for the ones you want to rest.

Overall it was a great stay, very friendly staff and a beautiful pool area. Also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service (on arrival and departure).

There were two things that I did not understand. First of all the wifi is extremely bad, not only in the room but all areas of the hotel. I really wonder how this is possible in a 5* hotel in 2023. Secondly, the prices of food and drinks are outrageous. I suppose that is also the reason it remains quiet in the restaurant in the evening. If you go around the corner the price of meals and drinks are up to 80% less. I think the restaurant would be much more profitable if the prices were a bit more competitive.

Magnificent pool! Beautiful garden and fantastic breakfast included. Mane has style. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. If I had to return to Siem Reap, this would again be my first choice for accommodation.

The transport provided by subcontracted tuk tuk drivers needs to be better regulated. Our driver did not understand English very well, and took us directly to Pub Street even though we had given him the name of the restaurant and clearly had no idea where he was taking us, but it all worked out well in the end.

There's a reason this place has got such good reviews - it truly is exceptional. I could never afford to stay in such a high end hotel usually but they've got a promotion on at the moment and I somehow managed to get a huge discount by using the booking.com app (not the website). Everything from the second you arrive - complementary airport pick up and then a delicious lime juice when you get there is just beautifully executed with love, attention to detail and care. The staff are always smiling and asking how you are and it's not robotic or contrived, it's genuine. The breakfast is phenomenal - you can basically eat anything you want from the menu (omelette, cooked breakfast, etc) then help yourself to tropical fruits, yogurt, cereals, toast, croissants and Danish pastries, coffee, juice, and so it goes on. (See my picture for the breakfast) I was actually full for the rest of the day after the breakfast and had a very light meal in the evenings. They have this lovely little afternoon tea ceremony at 4pm every day with a Khmer man playing traditional music and an array of teas plus lovely sweet Cambodian desserts. The room is enormous and fully equipped and there's a pool which I didn't use but other guests were happily lounging around there for hours. It's such a tranquil, loving environment and the staff are just above and beyond anything you could hope to encounter anywhere in life. I stayed for 4 nights and was sad to leave them all. Thank you for such a memorable experience.

That I had to leave.

I chose to stay at Mane Village after reading reviews on tripadvisor and I made a very good choice. The hotel is amazing and takes care of all the details. From the moment you arrive at Siem Reap international airport they organise your transportation to the hotel. On arrival at the hotel I was greeted by Pheng, who helped me settle in and told me to contact him anytime I had a question. He even made himself available via whatsapp. The staff at the hotel were sincere and interested and knew my name throughout my stay and even remembered details that had come up in conversation. The room and location was stunning, and really left you feeling relaxed and comfortable. The pool, accessable right outside my door (worth booking a room with a terrace) was perfect. Very clean and inviting. The hotel is hidden down a small alley, off a busy street, but once inside the tropical paradise you forget was is outside. The centre of town is a nice 15 to 20 minute walk away, but this costs $1 to $2 in a grab, or a little more from the Tuk Tuks that sit outside the door. A fruit plate with local tropical fruit and endless supplies of bottle water are free. Breakfast is an order service and includes great coffee and juice. I would highly recommend a stay here, and is a perfect base for exploring the Angkor Temples.

The only negative I found, which is not an issue for just this hotel, is that drinks and food are overpriced compared with outside. A beer at the hotel is $3, while on beer street is only $0.75. I often wonder why hotels don't price this more competitively as it would encourage people to sit round the pool and enjoy more drinks rather than go to beer street or other locations.

The rooms were absolutely huge and beautiful. The shower was great and I enjoyed the fresh bowl of tropical fruit everyday. There was also a terrace out the front of the room to sit and relax as well. The location was very handy in terms of being close to town. It was about a 10 minute walk to Pub Street (though tuk tuks are also available at the hotel if you don't want to walk). It's a very cosy and intimate resort with not many rooms. All suites overlook the pool and it's generally pretty quiet in terms of the guests there. Plus, in terms of price, this place is excellent value for a luxury resort.

The mattress on the bed was far too firm for my taste, with no mattress topper either. There was no waiter service around the pool area (you could walk up to the bar and request drinks to be brought to you, but that's not quite the same!). Most annoying for me was the sound pollution - next door to the hotel is a school so all day there was the sounds of kids shouting/playing and some sort of loud speaker that I presume the teacher was using to address the students and at night there was very loud music/singing coming from some local venue that seemed to go to nearly midnight every night. As much as I loved the resort, that has put me off wanting to stay there again.

Loved everything about our stay. The staff were exceptional. All were friendly and happy to help, always. Great location, 20 minutes by taxi from Angkor Wat and a 15 minute walk from the market area and pub street. A $2 tuk tuk ride. The room were large and clean. A basic gym and a nice pool. The restaurant has great food, double the price compared to outside, as is expected. Their family rooms are very large, Can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 3 to 4 children. The hotel is in a narrow alley, just off a main road. But once you get in, feels like you're in a secluded wood.

There is a school next door and a lot of noise till late in the evening. If you like kids it isn't a bother, but if you prefer a quite room, ask for one located at the front of the hotel. Also they have put some agriculture tools as wall decorations, some are only placed on nails and not fixed My husband missed getting hurt as the one in the toilet fell. Please do something about this.

We had a very large suite with a comfortable bed and furniture. We especially appreciated the fresh fruit left in our room each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly with arranging tours to Angkor Wat. Breakfast was great, with many options, and afternoon tea was also enjoyable. The pool was lovely. The location could not be better--it's about 15 minutes both from Angkor Wat and the airport, and in a very walkable area. We really enjoyed our stay.

I was a little put off by the two separate menus--one in English obviously for tourists and one with more typical Cambodian food that I had to ask for. The included breakfast was amazing, but lunch and dinner here were quite expensive and obviously geared toward tourists. This may be a plus for some people. However, we really wanted more traditional options and found them away from the hotel (and much, MUCH cheaper in the local market).

Great location, walking distance to pub street, some shops nearby. If you don't feel like walking, there's always a tuktuk available for a reasonable price. Good choice of western and asian breakfast of good quality. The room (family suite) is extremely spacious, 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and a big living room with a kitchen in between. There's also a balcony with tables.

Just for info, There is a school somewhere around the corner, so during the day you hear the kids play Lighting in the bathroom is a bit poor.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mane Village! We were treated like royalty the moment we stepped out of the taxi and can't think of a flaw with our stay. I mentioned we were in Cambodia for our honeymoon and the staff had the bed decorated with flowers and swan towels in anticipation for our arrival, which was a delight to discover. The rooms were cleaned and left spotless everyday and were even provided a turn down service our last night at the hotel. We were sad to leave such a happy place! The staff were also amazing and we loved chatting with them periodically through the day. Sara helped check us in and was an incredible hostess and Somas was an absolute delight at the restaurant. We loved chatting with her and wish her and the rest of the staff well!

WiFi seemed to be a bit dodgy in the mornings, but otherwise it was fine every other time of day!
