There is simply nothing bad to say about this place. Everyone treated us like kings and queens from day one. Definately the best place we have stayed in Cambodia. Food is excellent, better than all other restaurants we tried in town (stayed 6 nights), breakfast with homemade pineapple jam, croissants, fresh juice, bread, eggs and fruit, also try the currys and ask for extra chilie if you like it, it makes them outstanding. The place is calm, beautiful, has a great athmosphere and is quiet (walls seem thicker than in other hotels, beds are better and it is completely clean). The pool is nice and clean too. It is a little walk from the center, so you can walk or take a tuk tuk from the hotel for very reasonable prices. They also help with transport to the temple area, the tuk tuk driver waits for you all day with cold water in the car. Hope to be back one day !

Lovely atmosphere. Very welcoming, relaxed and peaceful. Staff were delightful. So keen to help and very polite but with a sense of fun. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The rooftop restaurant was very nice, and there was a nice cool breeze up there! Breakfast was delicious. Prim was very helpful and organised a special birdwatching trip for us, and a transfer to the airport. There was always a tuktuk waiting outside, and the fare into town was US$2. Top tip...take something with you with the hotels name and address written in Khmer. It is quite tricky for some tuktuk drivers to find on your return journey! We loved our stay here and would love to return one day.

It didn't bother us, but there isn't a lift. Highest rooms were up 2 floors.

The hotel has an impressive interior design, inspired by khmer culture, with natural materials of great quality. I have never seen such a dedicated staff before. They are incredibly kind and ready to help you at any hour with everything you need like places to visit, meals, all at corect fair prices compared to the tourist offers in the area (and also of exceptional quality). The continental breakfast contains local fruits with fine cuisined bread, croissants, eggs, and good coffe. The surprise for us was a very special pinapple hommade jelly, served in a little glass bottle. In the eavning you can dine on the roof terase where we ate the most delicate and finely preparred eggplants. +You should try the amok soup in coconut. I strongly recomand comming here!

We loved everything about our stay at Won Residence. The staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us with excellent information about any questions we had. The food was really good, our room was very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, very quiet and easy walk or tuktuk to town. All in all it was a wonderful stay and a great experience that made our time in Siem Reap all the more enjoyable. A special mention also for Seth our guide, organised by Won, for a wonderful trip around the temples. Seth is a lovely person and very knowledgeable and experienced. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him and appreciated that he knew exactly where to go at what time to give us the best experience and take good photos. I'm so glad we went with Seth as we would not have got as much enjoyment and understanding if we had visited by ourselves.

Lovely hotel, our room was spacious, clean and moder but still maintained traditional local theme. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. We had an option between Asian and continental breakfast. Both options were amazing 😊 we also had our own taras where you could enjoy the sunset view. There is also a restaurant at the top of the roof. The pool was in a strategic location hidden from The sun so the water was nice and cool. If we ever come back to Cambodia we definitely stay in the same place. Great value for money

There is nothing we didn't like. We totally loved it.

We got a room upgrade so I'm rating the room in which we stayed in (family suite?). It was really big with two sleeping rooms, two air conditions and even a balcony. Additionally, the bathroom had some nice advantages like enough hangers for towels and sufficient space for toiletries bags. I really liked the modern, nice design of the hotel. The design of the walls, the floor, the bathroom equipment etc. was very special. It doesn't come across in the pictures of Booking.com. It's much nicer in reality. Also the hotel manager was amazing. He organized an Angkor tour guide plus driver for us, on incredibly short notice and very late in the evening. Food was delicious, too.

The staff and the location is why this place is so lovely and I would recommend anyone to stay here. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. They took time to speak with you and they went over and above to check if there was anything we needed during our stay in Siem Reap. The hotel itself is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing with plants and local art work. Great location hidden away from the main roads but only 5-20 mins from all the main shops and restaurants. Clean bathroom and nice smelling shower gel provided. Bed was lovely and comfy. Good value for money especially with breakfast included. Lovely coffee and crossaints with homemade pineapple jam! We would again like to thank all the staff for making us feel so welcome in Siem Reap and I was lovely to meet you all.

Clean sheets but some stains noted on the actual duvet. Towels clean but very thin, not bad but could be nicer. The roof top restaurant/bar wasn't open due to renovations, this was slightly disappointing and would off been nice to have known before hand but didn't impact our stay significantly.

Won residence was in a fantastic location, close to the centre but still quiet . The hotel was peaceful and welcoming . All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met . The pool area was great to relax by in the hot afternoons . I cannot acknowledge enough how fantastic the service was . The restaurant had amazing food and cocktails at great prices . The roof top bar was fantastic . Any trips we wanted to do were organised and on time . Stunning coffee and breakfast .Comfortable air-conditioned rooms in a hotel that is not too large. Amazing communication from staff. We are already planning our next trip back and will recommend to all of our friends travelling to Siem Reap.

From the first moment we felt welcome. The hotel with the small, pretty pool and all the plants is like an oasis. For us the location was quite perfect, we wanted a little peace and quiet place out of center and a short drive to Ankor Wat. The staff is attentive and friendly. We would always be well advised and supported when booking tours. The breakfast was so delicious. Be sure to try the croissant with a cappuccino. If we could, we would have stayed longer. We can recommend it with a clear conscience.

For us it was a perfect time.

So fresh and will make whatever you like :) Staff go out of their way to get to know you while still respecting your privacy..owner employs local students and provides them meals/accommodation while giving experience in tourism, which he has a LOT of..front desk will arrange rides for you and give advice on where to shop/eat etc..beds so comfortable!!

Not a dislike but for information Hotel is not in the city centre/close to pub street but tuk tuks are always available for a mere $2 ride one way 👍🏻 You can walk but would take you about 20 minutes and it is SO hot!!
