This place is wonderful. Very charming boutique hotel with equally charming staff. The hotel room we had on the first floor was huge! The location is awesome and a few kilometers away from the temples. Btw, we hired a tuk tuk driver to take us to and from the temples for about $20/day. Also, we bought a 3-day temple pass for $62. Pretty good deal considering a 1-day pass costs $37. In between temple hopping, we came back to relax in the very nice pool. About a 5 minute walk to Pub Street. Also, there are lots of local eats, markets, bars, etc that are 1-2 min walks away from the hotel.

Honestly, the beds and pillows were not very comfortable. Woke up with a stiff neck and back each morning. Also, I do not think the breakfast is great. Instant coffee, eggs, bread, and fruit is a lot less appealing than the local food you can get anywhere around for the same or cheaper price.

The hotel lies in a close proximity of Angkor Wat temples so if you plan on visiting the area, this is the best place for you to stay at. The staff was super helpful at all times. A pick-up from the airport as well as taking us back to the airport when we left was free of charge, the tuk tuk driver was at our convenience pretty much 24/7. The price for driving us around the temples in Angkor was 18 USD (fixed) and the driver took great care of us. There was a bottle of water for us in the room and in the tuk tuk anytime we needed/wanted. The hotel itself is not far from the main street where you find plenty of pubs, bars, souvenir shops, massage parlours etc. The prices are more than reasonable although to haggle a little will not do you any harm and you can reduce the price of the item/service you want to get. There is a 7/11 right across the street where you can get basic foods, wine, beer, etc. The hotel restaurant offers lunches and dinners co we gave it a try and we were not disappointed at all. The food was excellent. Breakfast is served there as well and it is quite rich so everyone would find what they want. There is also a pool accessible directly from the lobby and a free WiFi which worked great everywhere in the hotel. No problems with the signal whatsoever The room was equipped with a small refrigerator and an A/C which worked without any problems. And the price was more than great. If I ever get to the area any time in the furture, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

Gorgeous hotel, very friendly staff who even gave us a choice when we arrived of which room we wanted. Hotel has laundry service and massage. Great breakfast and beautiful pool with bar. Lovely to have the complimentary airport tranfers via tuk-tuk, who also took us to locations in Siem Reap for a small fee. Overall a real treat and 10/10 experience!

Nothing, we had a perfect stay!

Location was great as it was in the centre of a lot of attractions

The pillows and no breakfast. Also they stated there will be free pick up from airport but after you booked they say you have to pay a fee.

The pool is very nice and clean. It's in general a very beautiful place and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. I would stay there again even though there are some downsides.

Unfortunately my bed sheets had marks on it and even blood. When I asked for them to be changed, they changed them again to dirty sheets. Also they forgot the following day the completely wet cleaning sponge in my room. Above that on my last night a group travel bus arrived and had obviously breakfast the next day all at the same time which completely overwhelmed the breakfast availabilities. There were not enough space to sit and the trays were almost wiped out entirely. The service lady did defintely all she could to make it work but it was absolutely clear that the planning here was off.

My stay was fantastic. I compliment every aspect of the hotel and staff. I have stayed at many hotels in Siem Reap trying to find the perfect one for me. I have found it. The staff checked on me every day to see if I needed anything. They were always there to help me with Tuk Tuk and answer the many questions I had about restaurants and entertainment in the area. I enjoyed the swimming pool, breakfast, comfortable beds, good aircon, convenient location to good restaurants, airport pickup and clean rooms. Look no further if you want a good hotel at great price

Honestly, I can not think of anything I would criticize them for

All the staffs were very friendly and informative especially Mr. Vitou at the reception. We felt very comfortable staying in this hotel. They have a beautiful pool area to chill after a long day of walking and visiting the temples. Free pick up service from the Airport was great. The hotel made arrangements for a private Tuk Tuk driver to take us to different temples in Angkor. Our driver was Mr. Rin. He is a very nice guy and speaks excellent English. We booked him for 2 full days and for drop of to the airport. I would book him anytime.

1. The room we got looked different in the pictures on booking.com. Later we learned that the Hotel was completely shutdown during covid and changed owners and reopened in April 2023. So we forgive the fact the room wasn't exactly the same as shown on booking.com 2. The breakfast was very basic and they don't serve freshly brewed coffee and fresh milk. Instead they servered hot water, instant coffee powder and coffee white powder. This is a no go for any Hotel in my point of view. 3. Happy hour at the pool bar includes only beer and soft drinks. As as standard cocktails must be on the happy hour list as well.

Everything was perfect at this property from our airport pick up to our return, both via Tuk-Tuk arranged by the hotel and included in the price. The hotel is elegant and intimate and decorated in a lovely, authentic style. The staff are friendly and attentive. We arrived at 9 PM and asked the person at the desk to book us a car and a guide for early the next morning. I was afraid this might not be possible since it was so last minute, but the concierge was happy to help and able to book a skilled guide, driver and car very quickly. Breakfast, which was delicious, is also included. You simply inform the concierge what you would like the evening before and what time you would like it and it's all ready for you. I highly recommend this property.

Breakfast was good, but for the price it would be nice to have brewed coffee instead of instant coffee. The chef making the omelettes is always smiling and her cooking is great. Get some real coffee.

My only complaint is the electrical plugs are not able to accommodate BOTH the refrigerator and the TV. Paying guests should not have to choose between keeping juice cold and watching the TV. This was not okay and this is the reason I would not stay again.

I loved my stay here so much that I extended my visit! The whole team go above and beyond for their guests and I felt so welcome and cared for during my stay. My room was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean and the little balcony looking out onto the pool was a real bonus! There are lots of options for breakfast and the portion sizes are very generous. Everyone was so lovely and friendly and I will definitely be returning here next time I come to Siem Reap. :)
