It was my second time in the hotel and again my stay was very pleasant. The room if spacious and the balcony is big as well. The personnel was very nice and helpful. Since I came long before the check in, the reception let me leave my luggage at the desk, so I could go explore the city and Angkor Wat. Later we were served a drink and a cold towel which was very nice and alvific at that moment. The pool area is big. The breakfast were also huge and tasty. What may seem to be a small thing but was very important to me was the AC not directed to my bed. As an European I am not used to it and I cannot sleep with the air blowing at me all night. Since that wasn't the case in this room, I had the best sleep during my whole stay in Cambodia. I wish I could stay there longer. I will for sure recommend that place to everyone.

I like that it was really central to most markets, and the staffs were excellent, the breakfast staffs were very friendly and I really enjoyed my freshly made omelette and porridge daily. Mr Sophea was also helpful in getting us around and recommending the places to visit. It was great to have a balcony to catch some fresh air in the morning.

The bathtub was stained and not as clean in the images, and the gym/sauna/steam room was also not well maintained.

Nice pool, 2.4 meters depth. Breakfast is normal, menu is not chaging during day by day but accepatble. Staf was very friendly and good English Speaking, Location is just 1 km from the center.

Restaurant service was very slow despite quite huge menu prices. We had being waiting for 1.5 hors to get our order. Very hard pillows in the room. It is recommended to get small soft pillows.

Amazing staff - so helpful pool great steam and sauna facilities - real treat to have this location - great and near local city centre lovely traditional furniture and the hotel has alot of character Good selection for breakfast and lovely egg station

only criticism is the gym, this needs some investment

Wonderful staff, great location, huge rooms, great choices at breakfast, , lovely pool.

Our room faced busy road, air conditioning in our room struggled to fully cool the room- despite changing the settings, difficult to lock the wheels on the beds so they moved at the slightest touch across the wooden floor, décor & furniture is dated.

Nice pool, air conditioning worked well, large room, mattresses were soft (rare in Asia!). Got a wonderful massage at a great price at the spa.

In need of refurbishment - facilities are old and extremely outdated. Toilet placement is such that my husband had to sit sideways because his knees would hit the shower. No body lotion in bathroom. Beds were comfortable but on wheels so would move!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great. Breakfast was tasty. We had lunch/dinner a couple of times at hotel and was very good. They organised a private tour with guide for us and was very cheap and we had a great guide and driver.

Plugs are old and was difficult to find one that work properly in the room.

Exceptional staff, I’ve never seen such a polite and professional staff in a hotel reception before. Once a five-star hotel with an excellent swimming pool, good buffet breakfast and now poor maintenance of facilities(I think because of COVID-19)

bathroom with very poor maintenance (we stayed there three days and we only got hot water from basin faucet, can’t even wash our hands) poor shower head position, lamps control not working properly, …annoying small things …..

Beautiful old hotel with fantastic woodwork and very solid build. Charming with echos from an era when it was a luxury location. The staff was lovely.

Unless happy hour drinks were overpriced. The electrical sockets were temperamental making charging your devices a bit hit or miss.
